They take literally forever. Everytime i go there they take so long and make me pull over but no other car has to do that.

April, 2025. We were traveling, and I had a taste for pizza for lunch. I found on my map app that this Pizza Hut was nearby. We parked, and I excitedly pointed out the sign near the entrance that they have a lunch buffet. Upon entering, we waited at the "please wait to be seated sign", while observing the environment. The dining room was relatively small and on the dark side, with only one family seated but not yet eating. There was a small salad bar, with only a few salad ingredients. We didn't see any pizza on a buffet. A delivery driver came in to pick up some pizzas for delivery. We were largely ignored for a few minutes. My husband called out to a worker behind the counter, and she informed us that she was understaffed and didn't have wait staff hence was only offering pizzas for takeout. She informed us that the sit-down part of the restaurant was closed. This came as a surprise too to the family already seated. We were traveling and didn't want to eat in the car so we left, as did the other family. There are a few small things that could've made this a more agreeable situation. They could've offered to make a take-out pizza that we could pick up at the counter but eat at one of their tables. Pizza Hut advertises a lunch buffet for Sunday lunch , however, every time we try to go enjoy the lunch buffet , we have to wait or don't even get seated. This time we left because people that were seated told us no pizza had been put on the buffet for 45 minutes so they were leaving. Nobody had offered to seat us in the 20 minutes we had been waiting either and most of the tables were dirty. They had one waitress trying to serve , clean tables , wait on the drive through and run the cash register . Unacceptable experience. The restaurant was dirty. read more

As someone who's been ordering from here over time for some years now, the quality is more bad than good. Sometimes its the best you can have but its not worth the gamble. Last week they forgot to put tomato sauce on my pizza and it was overcooked. Can't say I was surprised. Thats just the average. Be it pizza or chicken. It's gotten better than it was in the mid 2010's but the food to this day is just all over. At least now we have people who work there who are nice and will work with you rather than try and shove you out the door like in the past. read more

Two separate times this restaurant has either got the order wrong or lost the order. I have no reason to recommend this store for anything. I waited for almost an hour to find out they didn't have either one of the pizzas I ordered. read more

Solid take out/pizza for the money, food is always fresh and quality is there but a little pricey for the portions they give you. Would recommend dominos pizza. read more

The worst pizza hut I have ever experienced, and I have been to a lot of states and ordered through a lot of different pizza huts. When you call them none of the staff cares to answer the phone calls, and if they do they talk to you like you don't understand what you're ordering and the staff is loud. The place needs cleaning and sometimes don't be surprised if they deny you a home delivery because it's completely up to them if they would like to travel that distance or not, because if you are close to their 5mile radius border they can be very unpredictable, they will deliver your order only sometimes! Also, keep in mind that sometimes they also may be completely out of pastas, so if you're placing an online order be prepared for their call back saying we are out of stock on the pastas. Better just order their pizza if you're desperate, hungry and no other place is open! read more

The food is good but the service is APPALLING. The cashier looked as if she was on meth and replied to my questions with guttural grunts. Not a good experience. It's best if you have it delivered, because them the food isn't ruined by the terrible customer service. read more

Pizza Hut is a very good place to eat at.My favorite thing to eat there is the cinnamon sticks.They have all kinds of pizzas,but mainly just pepperoni pizza,cheese pizza,the pizza with everything on it. read more
