I certainly hate to say this, I ordered online and everything went well. The time to get the pizza fixed was fast. The delivery was even faster so I'm well satisfied with those two items. It's the pizza that I was dissatisfied with, I ordered two large three topping pizzas. The main meat was Italian sausage which had hardly any flavor to it, i've never seen Italian sausage quite like this with the amount was very significant. The second topping was pineapple, which was scarce the third topping on one of the was green peppers on the other one it was tomatoes. The green peppers and tomatoes were scarce just like the pineapple. And to top it off, there was hardly any pizza sauce and the pizza was dry. I called Pizza Hut young lady answered the phone. I mentioned to her that the time of preparation was excellent. The delivery was excellent, but the pieces were dry like they had very little sauce and cheese on them. She mentioned that they use a scoop or spoon for the correct amount of sauce. I could tell right away I was talking to the wall. I think they're for her time and I hung up. read more

Poor presentation and pepper shaker is just a cup of pepper. The lady that appeared after a while charged me and then disappeared. I think she used a dull blade to butcher the pizza. And the seasoning is spread on with hate it seams. read more

I would give this place 0 starts if I could. We got there and asked if the waiter could sit us at a particular area because we had a large party. The table we wanted was empty. Waiter said he could not accommodate our part cause it was going to take too long to clean the stable. We said, no problem we waited like 20 minutes for them to clean the table. Then we sat down and waited another 30 minutes and the waiter would pass by without acknowledging us. My friend went to ask if he was going to attend us or we would leave and he said "it's fine if you leave". Worst service ever!! read more

They're slightly above average. Food is almost always delicious and accurate, when it's wrong they fix it. I have been a Pizza Hut fan since I was 10, but I have noticed customers tend to be slightly more rude at this location than other locations, makes me feel bad for the employees. read more

As soon as we arrived, we were at the front desk waiting to be helped and nobody ever came. There was a gentleman behind us who was also in line that actually had to use his cell phone to call the business and talked to somebody inside and let them know that we were all here waiting in line. After the guy received his pizza from pick up, I noticed he said thank you and the employee helping him out did not even respond, and basically ignored him. It seems like they do not have any communication in this institution; but the pizza itself tasted good. This is the worst service I have ever received at a Pizza Hut, let alone any restaurant. We arrived and waited over 10 minutes for someone to come by with menus and have waited almost 50 minutes so far for our food. After an hour here we haven't even been given our appetizers. Well let's just say this place need better management and a new staff that actually care about the customers. We have ordered from here a few times on the app and when we get there the ovens don't work or it takes forever to get someone to the front counter. The times that we get carry out the line is ridiculously long and everyone is complaining that no one has come to help. Placed an to-go order and sat and waited for it. Nice staff but very unorganized. There seemed to be no one running the place. Got my order of a large pizza and left without checking it. Got home and opened it and it was just horrible. I don't know how but the pizza in my box seemed as though it had been sitting around for an hour under a heat lamp. It was over cooked, dried out, and one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Threw most of it out. I like Pizza Hut and this is certainly not up to their standards. read more
