I ordered a meduim pepperoni, large super supreme, and an 8 piece boneless wing... Once I got home I realized the super supreme was all wrong(only had meet) I tried to call and get a hold of someone but no response! I highly don't recommend if you want your pizza the way you ordered it! read more

I'm not one to complain usually, but I have to tell you guys, if you order the BBQ beef brisket pizza and waste $20, make sure you order it with BBQ sauce. I didn't realize it was automatically made with marinara sauce which makes it taste weird. When I call the store, they tell me they are sorry that's how it us made, but tell me how to order it NEXT time...so here I have a pizza that tastes so weird I can't eat it. I used to order here all the time a couple of years ago. To this day I refuse to order from this location due to the fact that I was stolen from. I had ordered pick up and paid for my food online. When I went to pick up my order I had my dog with me and was sitting in the curbside. When the guy came out he gave me the pizza (no receipt which has never happened before) and told me I owed the total amount (can't remember how much it was now but it was over $30.) and then he immediately started petting my dog and complimenting him. I knew in the back of my head that I had paid but I honestly cowered down and didn't say anything thinking maybe my card bounced back or something crazy. I gave the guy cash for the total of the order and he left. Still no receipt given. At this point I went on my bank to double check it hadn't gone through and I saw that it had. At this point I began screenshotting my bank account showing that it had gone through and that I had plenty of money in there even after the charge, I went to my Pizza Hut app and checked the receipt etc. YEP payment had gone through. At this point I was still sitting in the curbside spot and started coming to the realization that the guy didn't have the receipt on the pizza box, but the sticker that usually sticks the receipt to the boxes was partially ripped off the box AND that you can't order curbside pickup without paying online, AND that this is the one and only time I've ever not gotten a receipt from any pizza restaurant. This guy 100% knew he had stolen my money and distracted me with petting my dog and complimenting him repeatedly to distract me. At this point I called my fiance and told him what happened and that I wasn't comfortable going inside and talking to this man. My fiance showed up and went inside and told the guy that I had paid for our order with card and that he wanted our cash back. The guy refused to give it back and continued trying to say it wasn't paid for. My fiance told him to print us off the receipt showing where it wasn't paid for, and the guy couldn't do it. My fiance showed him the screenshots of my bank account and receipt from the app and continued going off on the guy for stealing from me and the guy TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF HIS POCKET to give it back to my fiance after he got tired of my fiance arguing with him. There was also another employee standing there who never said a thing about it. My fiance walked back outside furious and we haven't ordered from this location since, and I've NEVER had this happen at any other pizza place, other pizza huts included. read more

We ordered our pizza online at 5:30. At 6:45 we called to ask what the status was on our order and the person who answered the phone couldn't tell us if it had even been cooked yet. At 7:00 I walked into the store and the manager told me she had just sent our order out with a delivery driver; she also said she had refunded our money. At 7:30 the pizza is finally delivered to our house by a Pizza Hut employee who was in the store when I was told my pizza was already in a delivery car. Everything we ordered was completely cold and he had a bill for us to sign for the order that I was told we would not have to pay for. I would not rate this restaurant 0 Stars. Incompetence! read more
