Went to this back alley joint upon the demand of my mom which she also has slight dementia. I…read morerelocated thru 5 states to take care of her and this restaurant was her last minute pick. I sat down and noticed that there was only 2 souls seated in this dimly lit, solidly ill feeling dining area. Mom and me. The only woman hesitantly and insecurely who came to our table was the wait person. That body language should have been taken as a red flag. To my surprise, the menu had way too many options for such a vacant place to eat. As I put down the over exaggerated menu, a hurried and busy COCKROACH was fleeing toward my person. I felt shock. I felt instantaneous self preservation and swiped the area in front of me like a robot with said menu. Bam! All the silverware hit the next isle of old dated red booths. It was so loud because of the enormous vacancy of people to absorb any sound, that it scared me. I couldn't believe that my body shared any space in a restaurant with a bundle of COCKROACHES and pregnant cockroaches which probably were all hatched after we left the restaurant. Never in a million seconds would I make this mistake again. Never would any of you readers will ever patronize this restaurant because you are reading this review. By the way, the cockroach did not die. It just ran underneath those red dated booths next to me. I spent the entire rest of the visit, watching the entire table until we left. It is a crock of bunk that this kind of dirtiness can still exist in a hole in a wall restaurant and call itself a "Dining Pleasure" in Chickasha Oklahoma. But, if the restaurant stays open, then there has to be customers who know not of any Cockroaches that could have breeded and hatched babies on their bread, flour, salt shakers, ice machines, and what else? Oh, they like to leave fecal matter everywhere they walk. So, if you desire "authentic" Italian food, do not pass up the old Napolis restaurant because COCKROACHES make the ingredient list on every one of the menu items. Mmm mmm good !!

I…read moreordered the seafood linguine dish last night and the pasta was totally overcooked to the point where all linguine was mushy and soggy, breaking into pieces. It felt like a bad frozen dinner. The seafood was rubbery and not fresh. Also I ordered and paid for my Tiramisu and it was not in the bag. When I called to let them know instead of being helpful and rectifying the situation they got hostile and defensive and was very rude. No wonder why this place is empty all the time. People here in Chickasha deserve to eat at a place where the cooking is stellar and the service is great. Unfortunately Napolis has none of these qualities and I will never support this business again. And to think I felt sorry for them when Luigi's opened and took all their business away, I came here and ordered once a week to give them business. You've been warned.

The pizzas are large enough for two people to share, but I'd actually recommend ordering two--one to enjoy at the restaurant and another to take home (if there's any left!). As a bit of a pizza snob, I'd say the pizza was good, but there's room for improvement. The flavor was enjoyable, and I really liked the nice char on the bottom and around the crust. My biggest critique is that I'd prefer a slightly thicker crust to better support the toppings, and I think the pizza would benefit from a little more sauce. Those small changes would take it up another notch for me. Ordering is simple and convenient. Just scan the QR code at your table, place your order from your phone, and your food is brought right to you. The system accepts both credit cards and Apple Pay, which made the whole process quick and easy. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit.
