I like Pizza Hut but every time I visit this location they have signs up advertising deals that they say are no longer valid. Also, the pizzas are getting smaller and the prices are getting higher. Service is usually good, I stop during the middle of the afternoon, so the atmosphere isn't very good. Very few people there. read more

Last two times I got food here it was literally inedible, the cheese was burnt to a crisp and the dough was obviously expired and tasted of beer from the yeast. What's unfortunate is we live in Alex and last time we didn't look at it and realize the food was inedible until we got 20 miles away. Then nothing else was open in Alex , so we spent all night working in the shop with no dinner.. worst Pizza Hut ever! read more

if I could leave a zero or negative star I would. This restaurant just went thru a complete remodel and it's actually worse service and food then before the remodel. Fair warning just stay away from this place. over 15 minutes for drinks, 30 minutes for ordering even though we where only one of two table. I wouldn't wish this restaurant on an enemy. read more

I wish I could give this dumpster fire a -5 stars. I have the unfortunate of staying at the BW here in Lindsay. When I ordered the pizza I gave room and phone number. Well the idiots obviously repeating it back to me forgot. Pizza shows up cold after I called to see where it wasafter an hour. Literally the worst pizza I've ever ate. In a small town, options for dining out are few. I am not a fan of Pizza Hut to start with, but again small town limits food options. I am not even sure where to start. The pizza is hit or miss, I guess the quality of the pizza depends on the cook. We have gotten good pizza, and bad pizza as we did tonight. Tonight my pizza tasted old, the thin crust was not crispy, and tasted like it was cooked a day or two ago. This is a franchised location so they appear to make there on rules, which is frustrating. They over charge for topping even if you have a coupon. One of the wait staff is rude to customers and complains about coworkers. The Assistant Manager is awesome, always a smile on his face, making you feel welcome. So, just beware it is hit or miss. read more

Ordered takeout last night October 28, 2021 and ordered the big box. I will say the Pepperoni Pizza was probably the best I've ever had. I think they put extra sauce on it because it was not dry with nothing but cheese like most places. The wings were also amazing along with the breadsticks and giant Chocolate Chip Cookie. went in for lunch and the girls workin there were very friendly and not to bad to look at. I got the lunch combo and the peperoni pizza was awesome. I go in a couple of times a month and always have great food and great service. not much for writing these but when I looked it up I felt like the reviews were really wrong. give it a try. Every time I have to get food here because I'm with friends or having to get delivery because nowhere else delivers, there is always a problem. I once went in with some friends, the place was empty except for our party of about ten, I ordered a salad while everyone else got wings. I waited for two hours while everyone else was eating and talking. I finally went up to the "understaffed" cash register and then I waited another thirty minutes before they brought out my salad. Another instance I ordered delivery because I was at work, when the pizza got to my business all of the toppings had slid off the top and towards the back of the box. My friends and I had to scrape the toppings off the box in order to get it onto the pizza. This time I needed delivery because once again I am at work, I ordered a sandwich because I didn't want a pizza if it was going to be nasty by the time it got here. They don't deliver anything under fifteen dollars. I'm not going to spend $15 dollars on mediocre food, and then tip even more for the awful delivery. I don't suggest eating here unless you have a group of friends that drag you along because they are the only place in town with wings. read more

Not going to lie, this place was pretty sorry. Ordered a pizza and was told 30 minutes. An hour and a half later it finally shows up with no worrying or phone call. I took it back to my hotel room to discover I have a cold pizza. Called the manager and he basically told me I was out of luck. Good job guys...good...job... read more

Loved the new wings, great price. The lunch menu made it fast and easy and CHEAP.

Called in an order for a cup of potato soup and bread sticks at 11:30. Was told that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. Showed up at ll:45 to pick up order. There were 3 occupied tables in the resturant at this time. My breadsticks were ready and were already cold. The soup was not ready. After waiting another 15 minutes I was told that the wrong kind of soup was heated for me but the right soup was in the microwave and would be ready in 3 minutes. After waiting again for 15 minutes I asked about it. The girl went to check and did not come back. I left the resturant at 12:24 with cold bread sticks and a half a cup of cold soup. My lunch was over by the time I got back to work. I also asked for a spoon to eat my cold soup with. I was told they didn't have spoons. Needless to say I won't be back. read more
