Unfortunately the pizza here was so sad that I couldn't put up a pic. It would have made you nauseated. We've ordered her several times and each time it's been bad. Maybe I'm lucky or something but I have had great service every time I come. The only issue I have is that sometimes it's hard to get the attention of someone when I do carry out. They should have some way of getting the attention of an employee to help with that. Other than that, the pizza I got was great. Loved it. I got extra cheese and extra pepperoni and they definitely "delivered." Don't believe all the bad reviews, a lot of times the only people who leave reviews are the ones who had bad experiences. Please do not visit this location. Yes, it is often busy, but even after years the managers have yet to figure out how to handle the crowd. I stopped ordering from this Pizza Hut last year after a part of my order wasn't delivered. I was told that they'd come back with the rest of the order but it never happened. Then, the manager supposedly put a credit on my account to make up for the missing items, but when I tried to use it, I was told that there was no credit on my account. Fast forward to today, I figured a year is enough time to fix any problems they may have had, so I ordered again. Bad idea. I waited until 15 minutes after the estimated delivery time to call about the order. I was immediately put on hold, and I stayed on hold for 5 minutes before hanging up and calling again. I got through to someone, who said that they were running late and the delivery guy had just left (why didn't they call to tell us?). So I waited... and waited... and finally almost 2 hours after I ordered, the pizza arrived. This PIzza Hut deserves maybe half a star for service, but I've never had a problem with the actual food; it's quite good. At the end of the day, in the few years that I have lived in the area, the service has failed to improved, so you'll probably be better off going to one of the other pizza places in the neighborhood if you want to make sure you receive your entire order in time for dinner & not your midnight snack. read more

Let's be honest with ourselves when we ordering Pizza Hut we know what we getting a fast-food greased up pie. So at it's best 3 out of 5 pizza and people in the review section be expecting gourmet Italian. Those Wingstop wings though they are serving coming out all crispy, meaty and juicy you can't get wings like that delivered anywhere where I am at. The wings themselves are at least 4.5, not the best wings you can get but certainly best wings out of all the pizza chains. Dominos being the worst with those tiny frozen wings they throw in the oven get yourself a fryer or get those out of my face. This isn't the first time I've encountered issues with this location. I used to be a big fan of Pizza Hut; I really enjoy their pepperoni pizzas. This is the third and final time that I'll make the mistake of ordering. The first time was a Friday night. How long did I wait? Two hours. After an hour, I recieved a call from the location to tell me they were out of one of the ingredients for my Pizza. Alright, things happen, I get it, something was substituted and it wasn't a big deal. I still had to wait another hour for my food. I get it, busy Friday night, understandable. Second time was a fun one. I ordered three of their pizza bread stick box things, waited almost two hours for it and the food was cold and had barely any sauce. I called the manager to complain and was offered a refund of my order. I never saw it but I didn't press the issue. I was able to heat the pizza up in the oven and all was well. (Although if I wanted to bake my own pizza I wouldn't have ordered take-out) Last and final time was tonight. I placed the order at 9:37 PM with delivery time of 11:07 PM. 1 and 1/2 hours. I received a phone call at 10:24 PM from the location. I missed the call, called back, and got no response. I assume the call was to tell me that the pasta that I had ordered almost an hour before, was out of stock since they didn't even bother to leave me a message. How they didn't know that earlier was beyond me. I didn't receive my order until 11:11 PM. I had ordered Pasta (which come with bread sticks) and Garlic Parmesan Boneless Wings. I got wings and bread sticks. At least I wasn't charged for food I didn't receive. I hate to leave negative reviews on any business but from seeing others post, it really is warranted. If you've had a positive experience, good for you but all of mine have been unfavorable. read more

Last time I will order from this location. I ordered 2 large pizzas and a dessert for the family. Both pizzas had areas with no toppings, no sauce or no cheese. One of the pizzas actually had burnt onions and mushrooms on it. The dessert we ordered was the apple pies. There are supposed to be 6 in the order, there were 4 plus some broken bits of crust that may have originally been the other two. I don't care how busy a store might be, there is no excuse for how poor the service is at this location. read more

Ordered a pizza over the phone, payed with my card and had it delivered to my mother in laws house for the kids because the fridge was out, when the delivery boy showed up he asked for the card I payed with and my ID. I have never been asked to do this before and obviously I was not at the house to give it, I offered to send a picture of my card and ID to my mother in laws phone and he said no I need to see it in person and when I said I wouldn't be able to do that I was at work, he left with the pizza I paid for. Several times have we ordered from here since it's the only Pizza Hut that delivers to us and it's shown up cold, not the right order, or when a manager has delivered our pizza he has complained about how bad of a day he has had. Totally unprofessional. The last time we ordered, we went to pick it up and there was a sign on the door saying temporary closed due to equipment issues but no one called to say they couldn't make our online order nor did they pick up the phone when we were calling from the parking lot to find out what was going on.
