I loved that we could do a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza to try the different specialties. We missed Happy Hour but I noticed they have a late night appetizer deal that is worth checking out. We tried the feta rolls and let me tell you...amazing. The servers were cool and one not assigned to our table was just as friendly and helpful with suggestions-if not more so than our own. The decor is chill and the vibe laid back read more

Awful...boneless wings were torched. Everything else was also less than great. Very salty. Tried to follow the link for help and it's broken...you just gotta deal with spending $60-$70 on garbage. read more

The only good thing here was the pizza. The spinach and artichoke dip was very cold in the middle. I didn't send it back since I already sent back my draft Michelob Ultra that was just flat ( switched it out for bottle, which tasted as it should). They also figured out after another customer complained about the tap, that the tap was bad. A second customer also sent back their spinach artichoke dip for the same complaint. The wings were disgusting, basically store bought as if they'd been sitting out for days. Thankfully the pizza was solid. I will not be coming back again to dine in. This is a take out pizza only option for me with coupons and discounts. Our bartender was nice despite all the customer complaints and a busy trivia crowd. read more

Mellow Mushroom - Yummy white pizza. - Pizza Near Me - Fort Myers, Florida

Recently our Mellow Mushroom went through a change of hands. Last Saturday went there for happy hour with a friend. There is a sign in front of the restaurant that states that before you walk in. I order a wine on the happy hour menu. My friend orders a specific drink on the same menu. The bartender was unable to make because of no ingredients. She walked over to a table where a lady was sitting and was told we aren't doing happy hour. The bartender is confused. But then the lady agrees to give it to us. No communication. The shirts they make them where are awful and well oversized. I sure hope they can get it all together. I enjoy their pizza and it's close to home. read more

I have been wanting to try mellow mushroom for a long time. I was in luck when my cousin suggested it for lunch. The pizza that I had was perfect! It had the right amount of meat sauce and the dough is fantastic. I washed it down with a couple Kona beers. Our service was top-notch and I hope to return soon. read more

Was rushed out by the unfriendly bartender because their hours of service was wrong on their website. Website states 10:00 but it's actually 9:00. Served by pizza to me in a box. Pizza was disappointing overly doughy with sauce that is overly sweet. Will not return can not recommend read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered ahead this morning, was told when we called to see if we could pick up early for 5:45 PM, and was told that it would be only available at 5:45 which is not unreasonable. Arrived at 5:50 PM, and was informed they had not even started on the food and they may not be ready until about 6:30. Meanwhile, individuals arriving to pick up DoorDash orders were receiving their orders faster. Request to cancel the order, was told that the manager would look into it tonight, without any confirmation that it would actually occur. Save your time and money and go to a place actually respects customers. read more

I have not yelped in quite some time this place is THAT GOOD it took me out of yelp hiatus. I went for a late lunch and sat at a table near the back bar and let me tell you from the time you are greeted at the door, seated, and leave the customer service is exceptional. Perfect balance of helpful knowledgeable attentive without being smothering. The ambiance is perfection loud enough to provide privacy but not too loud where you can't hear or are over stimulated. As a New Yorker and self a jointed pizza snub my guy for Floridians they make a mean pie (hand tossed- I plan on trying flat next time but legit it was like a cheesy well seasoned breadstick at the end. Amazeballs). Drinks made by Abby were top notch balanced complex I'm here for it! Deco as you see cohesive fun but not cheesy or annoying. I can't wait to return read more

Loved their spinach dip with garlic bread. It was cheesy and tasty. The bread was just the right amount of toast. The place is cozy and artsy vibe. Jessica, my waitress was very kind and friendly. She did a great job definitely recommend her and the food. Thank you! Will come again. read more

We ordered a pizza and wings, on Daniels, in Ft Myers, which we picked up. The pizza was good, but the wings were as hard as rocks. You literally could not even bite into one. If I were in the restaurant, I would have sent them back, but we live in Gateway, and were not about to go all the way back down Daniels with that traffic to return the wings. How the person who made them and put them in the to go box allowed them to leave the restaurant like that should be fired. I could have thrown one against our stucco house and it would have made a chip. Very, very disappointed. This was the first time we ordered wings from there, and never again. Extra crispy does not mean burnt to a crisp. It just means the skin won't be raw. The Ryan's. read more

It's always a fun atmosphere to come here. My hubby and I always enjoy the good food. Our server was good. This time my hubby and I shared a cheese and pepperoni calzone along with splitting a regular size house salad with their dressing similar to creamy Italian dressing. So very delicious. They were very kind to split the salad into two separate bowls for us. It was still very big and very fresh. We are always pleased with the quality of food. read more

First time eating at Mellow Mushroom. Great service! Delicious pizza! Happy they had vegan and gluten free options.

I finally made it to the Mellow Mushroom. On a quick trip to Fort Myers, I popped in for lunch. I started with a mini Caesar salad and it was fresh and delish. For my main, I went with the taco nirvana. I really enjoyed the flavors, kind of taco, kind of Big Mac?! The best part is the crust. It's light and so dang tasty. My server was amazing and so sweet. The decor is fun and trippy vibes, with mushrooms and fun colors on the wall. I'd visit again. read more

Always used to order here. Pizza is decent, however the wait is not worth it. They have done this multiple times- they would give away the pizza we had ordered 20-30 prior arriving. Then had us wait for a new pizza which took 45 minutes or more. This happened twice and the lady at the front told us they had given it away for some reason. read more

Never again for me and my family. Overpriced below average pizza, as well as an acid trip decor. The waiter was very good but it seemed to take forever for the disappointing food. Two of my kids got burgers. They were decent though. No French fries as an optional side, just tater tots or a bag of chips. read more

A modern Mellow Mushroom in terms of interior design, especially the bar. Oddly enough as new as the location is. The booths were showing significant wear and coming apart. Food was good. If you been to another Mellow Mushroom, you know what to expect in terms of food. read more

Yesssss best f***ing vegan pizza I've ever had. I am sooooo happy this place came this far south to bless the SWFL coast with it's mouth watering pizza. I love everything about this place. Especially the photo ready purple velvet photo ready throne near the entrance! I wish I could eat here everyday. Pizza is life thank god they make vegan pizza and how tf is it soooo amazing. Literally I'm just blown away read more

Really cute spot and overall my table enjoyed the pizzas they got. However i can't have dairy so had to get the vegan cheese . I got the build my own with the vegan cheese and topped it with mushrooms, green pepper and chicken. Needless to say, nothing had flavor. The chicken they brag about "tasting so well" that the count it as two toppings was far from tasteful. Are server was sweet, but also forgot to ring in the basil I wanted for my pizza, so I was short of that and possibly why my pizza didn't have much flavor. read more

I was greeted warmly by the bartender as soon as I arrived and sat at the bar. I started with a Sprite and then ordered a small margarita pizza. Everything was absolutely delicious! The bartender was super friendly and attentive, regularly checking in to make sure everything was good and asking if I needed anything else. It wasn't crowded for a Sunday evening, which made the atmosphere even more relaxed and enjoyable. I'll definitely be back! read more

I was surprised and really likes the pizza. We had the meat lovers or all meats one and it was loaded with toppings. My husband and I split a medium and had leftovers. For our appetites we could have done a small. Our server was very attentive and visited our table several times:) We also shared the spinach dip which was tasty but needed extra toasts which we were charged for. That kind was a surprise but oh well. read more

The pizza is always great! Service can be a little slow at times, even when the restaurant does not seem that busy, but it's worth the wait.

I'm newly gluten free and when my partner's client suggested Mellow Mushroom, we had to make a stop. The restaurant is really cute and decorated really "trippy". Our waitress was really sweet and attentive which made up for how unknowable she was. The flavor of everything was on point! My daughter has the Great White was absolutely awesome! I had a supreme vegan pizza with gluten free crust. It was good. The gluten free crust was a little grainy in aftertaste but some of that comes with the gluten free life so on that note, it was good. They use Daiya vegan cheese and they k is how to prepare it well, so it taste really good My parter had the steak and cheese hoagie and said it was "Outstanding!" To wrap up, we will return here for sure. read more

Went with my cousin and his wife. Service was good, our server Karen was attentive and pleasant. The pizza was really good. My cousin and his wife had a Supreme and raved about it. My wife and I had a thin crust with mushrooms and peppers. It was really good. The place is huge so a big party wouldn't be an issue. read more

Service was poor and it wasn't even busy. The server asked what we wanted to order and we needed a minute and it was at least 10 minutes before she returned if not longer. I saw that she was eating on the floor which is unprofessional. Bruschetta was decent. My friend had triple meatballs which looked fair and cheesy bread which looked like little Caesars. read more

We got a pepperoni pizza for pick up last week after moving. I love their pizza, but you really have to eat it immediately while it's hot. We had the Hawaiian pizza minus the pineapple and add ricotta cheese. The cocktails are excellent and so is the vast array of beers on tap. Ask for a sample if your not sure what you like. I placed a take out order and arrived before it was ready. The hostess took her time telling me that it wasn't ready and so I waited. After about 10 min I asked again. She went away for a while and came back with a box with a cold calzone. The order was also wrong, and this is a digital order for a single make your own calzone- they put regular tomatoes instead of sundried tomatoes on it and I asked for no ricotta and there was ricotta. It was a terrible experience. read more

We eat at the bar. The service is always great there. We are part of the late lunch group and are pretty regular visitors. We like the food and the folks, but the portions seem to be shrinking. Great service, thank you Devyn! Dog tolerable ( shaded, outdoorseating but no dog bowls/menu). Food was great. Drinks were great.

This place has the best pizza. Ever. And hate to admit it but I eat a LOT of pizza. Hands down my favorite ever. I ordered a medium 1/2 Steakhouse & 1/2 Veg Out. The crust is pastry-like and crispy with mouth satisfying flavor. Super fresh marinara & excellent flavor profiles. Wow. Just wow. Service was attentive and friendly . Atmosphere is groovy! Are at this location for the first time today. I'm not a stranger to Mellow Mushroom and am aware that each location has its own thing going on. But let me tell you that this is the best MM Pizza I've ever had. The crust was delicious and the pizza was so darn good. I wanted to buy just the crust and eat that. We also had the spinach and artichoke dip, which was good but definitely could have been better, and should have had more bread to eat it with. Service was a little slow compared to what we're used to (being from another state), but that seems to be a regional thing. read more
