Ok hear me out. I'm giving 4 stars because the service and food were both incredible. Walk in and wait to be seated. Ordered the 3 topping large for 10 dollars. Parmesan and red pepper at each table. Drink station was clean. Pizza came within 15 mins or less of ordering. Not long at all. This pizza was so good. We got Italian sausage, bell pepper and pepperoni. The crust was buttery and garlicky and hand tossed like we asked. If they would have done some slight remodeling in the interior this would have been perfect. Never ever thought Pizza Hut would be on my list of best pizzas. But yes, here it is. read more

We loved our experience here. We were in town for Lions camp and went there bc it's been a long time since we had access to a dine in Pizza Hut location. The restaurant was clean and comfortable and the pizza was very good. Kids eat free so that was super helpful. Will definitely go back next camp. read more

I haven't had a pizza from Pizza Hut in a very long time and decided to order a take out medium meat lovers. Holy Jeez! WTF is up with all the high price raises!!! Now for a pan it's a $1 dollar charge !! Now comment/review isn't just for THIS Pizza Hut joint but for all of them!!! No wonder no one wants to eat at any PH the prices are ridiculous!!! This PH was neat and clean. The cashier who took my order was nice and professional. I see there's has been several complaints! We usually dine in. I guess we've been Lucky! We have a wonderful time! Get's expensive when you start with a salad, order wings with the pizza, and of course drinks! Food is Fresh! Great Service! Pizza is great but service is horrible. Every time I order, my order is screwed up. I gave the benefit of the doubt the first two times, even when the order was 45 minutes late and the manager called to apologize. The straw that broke the camels back though was the way in which the girl who answered the phone reacted when I called in my complaint. She just wanted me off the phone and thought all I wanted was a credit. I refused the credit, all I wanted was for her to offer to fix the problem. That was never offered. It was simply, "We can give you a credit." I told her no, I just won't order from this location again. read more

If you want a pizza the way you order it then use someone else. If you just want to be surprised then Pizza Hut is the place for you. Very disappointed in this location. We are from Ft Worth and order from Pizza Hut all the time and figured all locations used the same toppings. If you don't have a particular ingredient then don't substitute with something else tell the customer you don't have that topping. And our other pizza they just added surprise ingredients. Get what you pay for but my experience, we paid too much. Pizza looked and taste like is was cook hours ago and left in a warmer. Will say order to delivery was fast but given the prior that's probably why. Added an order of the cheesy garlic knots. Basically they were garlic knots without the cheese. Worst Pizza Hut I've ever eaten. I ordered delivery on a Saturday evening, and the only good things I can say about my order were that the driver was on time and my order was correct. However, the pizza tasted really old and was barely warm, the chicken breading was really tough, and the waffle fries were so hard and cold we didn't even eat them. We will never be eating here again. Spend your money somewhere else. read more

2nd time has not been a charm. this place continues to displease. after several attempts by different employees we have found this place to be a never again visit. we always place our order on line and always pickup. well, today was no different. usual food not ready 40 minutes later had to wait and was told the reason was because they had to refill the buffet? really? only 3 people in there and that was more important than our order. we work in law enforcement and have little time for lunch and this just takes away from our lunch break. we will never again visit or eat there. btw... food actually stinks and a lot of grease. debi read more

My husband and I went to Pizza Hut for lunch. We didn't actually get to eat. After being seated, we were ignored for about 10 minutes. It was the lunch buffet, so we just needed someone to get our drink order and bring some silverware. When someone finally came by, we were told that they were out of silverware and wouldn't have anymore until another table finished eating. We were also told that it would be about 20 minutes until there was more pizza on the buffet. After looking at the one sad slice of cheese pizza left, we decided to look elsewhere for lunch. read more

I order verrryyy often for my family and I. Usually one to three times a week! Always very good customer service. They are so nice and helpful over the phone and In Person. Pizza is always piping hot and ready in 15 minutes or less. Place is always clean and bathroom is always well kept. Always. This is my favorite Pizza Hut within an hours' drive. read more
