Might be great to some; I just don't like my pizza to taste like the walls of the salt mines in Wielicka no matter how drunk I may be at the time of consumption. It's a-okay. Both were splendid dishes! I just wish the portion sizes were bigger, but the combination of succulent meats, savory sauces, and sautéed vegetables was all together scrumptious. The chicken came in a hearty tomato sauce and was drizzled with Parmesan cheese. The salmon came with a dollop of pesto and sautéed veggies. Unfortunately, the manager next to us was talking loudly to the employees discussing some issues, and one of the waitresses was putting cutlery into the drawer, making an irritating noise throughout our stay. They acted like we weren't even there. O well. We waited for our food longer than we expected while our 1.5 hour clock ticked away. The Pizza Parma was good. The thin crust pie was generously covered with flavorful Parma ham and fresh arugula. It is always a perfect combination. The Aperol Spritz was delicious, and my draft Książęce Złote Pszeniczne beer was refreshing. Both drinks are quite popular lately in Kraków. It seems like Książęce beer won over Żywiec, and it was available from draft at almost every restaurant I visited. Książęce beer is produced by the Tyskie brewery. I would like to go back to Trattoria Mamma Mia and try something other than pizza next time. Making a reservation is a good idea. Let's not forget this.

It was a business drink, so we were forced to take it. Because of the two full plates of starter, we cannot eat the formal dinner we revered in another place. My friends did not like the ham and even did not have a taste. The bill was over expensive. Who ate that much before a formal dinner?????? We did not know they did so intentionally.
