The pan pizza half-baked, and "doughy" in the center. The breadsticks were hard - I didn't get them until AFTER I got my pizza. When I walked past the salad bar the vegetables looked slimy. I went to use the restroom, the toilet was broken, didn't flush, and it the smell of piss could be smelled OUTIDE the bathroom door. I heard cooks in the back room talking about wanting to get into his girlfriend's next hot door neighbor's panties - he used a worse word. ... I went to visit my brother three weeks later, it was his birthday. He wanted me to buy him a Pizza Hut pepperoni and sausage extra cheese hand-tossed from Pizza Hut. and told me his mouth was watering for a pizza. I ordered delivery, and was told I had to at least order $10 to get it delivered. It took one and a half hour for the delivery driver to come knock on me door. I could smell where he had been smoking in the car. I was charged $2 for delivery! I took my pizza inside and found they had gotten my order wrong! They had forgotten the sausage! I was charged ANOTHER $2 for THE SECOND delivery THEY HAD TO DELIVEER TO GET ME WHAT I HAD ACTUALLY ORDERED! I complained to the driver, and mumbled he was not allowed to give me the pizza until I paid it! They got the order right, but it was cold, and we had to heat it up in the microwave! I called and asked to speak to the manager. I was told her name was Whitney. I was asked if they could put me on hold. I said I guess I had no choice. Twenty minutes later I STILL was on hold! Pizza delivery time on a Monday night is almost 2 hours after you call in your order. I have seen delivery drivers, on a Friday Night at 9, with the Pizza Hut sign on top of car, turning from a street in the east side hood (where they DON'T deliver), onto Heritage. Told by someone who works there drivers stop by to do drug deals or to buy or smoke marijuana at night. Have ridden my bike past one night and saw the manager outside, and I smelled marijuana smoke in the air. I have seen waitresses smoking pot in a car in the parking lot, and have seen 2 or 3 employees smoking it hiding behind the dumpster. The manager and employees use curse words, f-bombs, and the infamous motherf---. The pan pizza is raw, under cooked The sweet tea is sour. The area boss does not give a s---. I called to schedule an appointment to talk to him, and he stood me up. When I ask for the number to their home office, they say they are not allowed to give out that information. Other times they claim they cannot find it. They totally remodeled last year, but their fatal flaw was bringing back the old manager and crew, instead of opening under new management. read more

DO NOT GO IN TO EAT! Comfort level while eating here IS NON-EXISTENT! They used to have booths to sit in, NO MORE! Just tables, with rock-hard chairs. The atmosphere is unappetizing for a pizzeria, too damn bright. The only Pizza Hut that doesn't serve coffee. Sweet tea always sour NEVER really sweet! Fountain drinks are 30% taste flat. Even when you're the only customer inside, it takes them 30 minutes to get your pizza out, and when it comes out it's only mildly hot. Waitress shuffle about like zombies, immediately retreating through the door into the back after half-heartedly serving me. They never actually speak to you. You have to lean in to hear what they're mumbling. You can watch the televisions, but can't hear a damn thing. Sure can hear cooks and employees in the back rooms talking, laughing, and cursing. Ceilings got slight mildew stains. Went to use restroom, went in turned on the light saw 3 roaches scurrying towards the side wall. Bathroom stinks. read more

Driving home from Goldsboro one night, 9:30 P.M., going down Vernon Avenue. Saw Taco Bell and Pizza Hut open. Turned into Pizza Hut and went inside, and asked if they were till open. "We're closing in thirty minutes," some heavyset white waitress said our way as she walked into the back. Couldn't help but overhear employees in the back talking and laughing. We ad to eat ourselves. We had to go up and hunt the manager down to get our order taken. We ordered a pan large pepperoni and onions, with double cheese. Waitress half-assedly brought our pizza out almost threw it down, and quickly left. IT DID NOT HAVE double cheese as we had plainly asked! Waitress had walked into the back, so I went up and asked for the manager She was some fat, shot black woman, very unpleasant. She took our pizza with a loud sigh and told us she'd remake it. 20 minutes later, she brought it out to us in a box and told us we had to get it to go. They were closed. read more

I was told by an employee here there were 3 registered sex offenders - 2 drivers, and one cook, and that management knew this. I was talking to a man whose sister works for the Lenoir County Health Dept there are 3 employees working at this Pizza Hut, with STD's. Ever wonder why it takes up to 2 hours to get a Pizza Hut pizza delivered? Drivers go to their thug friends in the hood to do drug deals on the side. I once was outside and saw the manager smoking, and smelled marijuana smoke coming from his direction. Breadsticks come out lukewarm, soggy. The cheese on the pizza is not completely melted. Customer service inside is utterly detestable. They do not give a d---! Employees roll their eyes and argue with you when you complain, and try to press your point. read more

Awesome pizza!!! Since they have remodeled the food is really good, but they are expensive. All the people I have come in to contact with there are really nice!! Would eat there more, but it's kind of high for what I like! read more
