But Jersey Mike's brings an idea of what a Jersey sub is and what all subs should be. Meat and cheese freshly sliced and loaded onto a sub roll. From there, you place the veggies on top and oil, vinegar and spices. It really is not a difficult process, yet so few places implement these steps and fall short of a good sub and wallow in mediocrity. I also must applaud Jersey Mike's on their training. Most of the locations are consistent and offer a good sandwich so you can stop at any location and know what you are going to get. All in all, I recommend this particular location. Told me it was cooked fresh which is why it took so long. Unfortunately this burger was colder than the first one, no way it was fresh. I've worked in the food industry for 9 years, there is absolutely no way that burger was fresh because the patty was ice. I wouldn't be surprised if they gave me the same burger honestly. However, I just wanted the refund for my burger. I had already ate the tots and my daughter and had ate her food too. At first they tried to get me to give all the food back when we had already ate it, I simply stated 3 times I just wanted the burger refunded I'll pay for everything else. I was told by the young guy there to pull around to the front and he called his manager. He said "we can't refund all your food". To which I said again, I don't want a refund for it all only the burger. They kept acting like they did not want to refund me at all, but I didn't want to pay for something I had already been waiting an hour now for and is still ice cold.
