We walked in to the location In Hereford TX and was disappointed. Once we walked in we were handed menu's and told sit wherever. As we walked to the table, every table was covered with food and spilt drinks. We looked for a clean table only to have to wipe it down with a napkin. Once the waitress finished talking with the other employees she walked over with so much excitement (being Sarcastic). She took our drink order and we did ask if she could clean the table. She left with amazing speed. When she did come backs she just wiped 1/3 of the table only as if her time was so precious. After ordering she brought the order out as if we were troubling her. Yet we were the only table there. All the employees and their boy / girl friends all sitting at the bar laughing and not even looking at cleaning the table or the floor covered in trash. It's sad when a franchise would go down that bad. We also never saw a manager in the location. Bar was covered with five pizza boxes what seemed to be pizza they were eating with friends. I do not blame the employees. It's a management issue and so it's your DMs actual responsibility since they hired the manager. It could go further since someone hired the DM to take care of the franchise and if they are like this one, you might have to re-evaluate your choices I would never recommend this location. I'm sure if we return they would spit in the food. STAY AWAY. read more

We dropped in late evening on 7/13/23 coming back from a trip to Colorado. The service and food was outstanding. Probably the best breadsticks and pizza we have had from a Pizza Hut in a long time. Everything came out quick and was piping hot. Service was excellent. read more

Went to this location for a pan pizza. Took two bites. It was terrible. When I complained and tried to trade for just a normal pizza the manager on duty refused because I "touched" the pizza. Well how could I tell it was crap without touching it? Undercooked, 50% crust 50% cheese etc. No sauce. Amazingly bad customer service. Avoid at all costs. If I could give negative stars I would. Stopped here after a football game and was sorely disappointed The service is absolutely horrible when they aren't busy, so I can't image how long it would take when they are busy. We ordered wings and they had to be sent back because there was no sauce on them. The meal was brought before the appetizer. In my unreasonable amount of time that I waited for two medium pizzas... I watched the waitress be completely rude and disrespectful to every customer, and then a manager act the same way!! When I say every customer- don't think that the restaurant was busy and they were overworked. There were two groups of 4 dining in, one person waiting for take out, and one family waiting to pay for their meal. I watched the workers pick up the phone and immediately hang up on customers. This place just isn't worth it. Go to Walmart and buy a Red Baron instead. The last time we went, we sat down just as the 6pm news was starting. We ordered and waited. The waitress brought our drinks and disappeared. Never refilled them, never checked on us. The news went off, Wheel of Fortune came on at 6:30. No pizza, no waitress. There was 2 other tables in the entire restaurant besides us. Wheel of Fortune went off, the 7pm show came on. The waitress then came to tell us that our order was 'lost' and could she have it again. No way, chica! We left. A couple of months later, we ordered a delivery and it came an hour and 15 minutes later and was nowhere near hot, warm or tepid. It was stone cold. Never again. read more

Im give them zero star I'm vendor for local businesses here and in town I call to get deliver and they said I was put area 3.6 miles is small town but they suck at customer service and if they not going to deliver and a 3 mile radius they should stop advertising deliveries. The staff is extremely rude. They don't greet you and they are often out of condiments. The drive thru window has been slammed in my sisters face. My father has returned items because of mistakes and they take it back and do not offer to fix it. It's a shame that this restaurant staff is still working there. read more

Tables n seats were clean but staff was slow. Saw several watching tv while our waiter managed 5 tables himself n did decent job. Breadsticks came out after pizza and they were cold. Oh and I needed a fly swatter as there were a couple irritating flies. read more

40 years in this town. This is probably the worst Pizza Hut imaginable. Like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get...a crummy pizza or a crappy pizza. 3 Sundays ago we broke down and ordered a thin large Super Supreme for delivery. 45 minutes later we got a tepid, cracker crust excuse of a pizza with skimpy, unevenly portioned toppings. Food quality was good. Waitress talked too much, messed up drink order 5 times, messed up food order and ended up bringing comparable items and we decided to eat those to make it easier. Several dinner plates had to be returned due to cleanliness issues. They did adjust the bill for food mistakes on their own, which was nice that we did not have to complain any more. read more

Very satisfied with my visit here. It was half an hour till close, and while we felt bad, they accepted us in with happy smiles and good conversation. We had just driven 600 miles on new years eve and reached hereford about 9. We got to pizza hut about 9:30 and ordered takeout, so they didnt have to stay longer than they had to. There was a woman there who talked with us as she mopped, and cheered us up. I was upset over not being home for the holidays and she just walked over and gave me a free sprite. Pizza was delish! Only issue, the pizza was on the greasy side, but she packed plenty of napkins, parmesan packets and hot stuff. I would highly recommend this place, 5 stars!!! read more

We have ate here twice in the lat 1.5 years and both times have been the same. We were sat at a table and waited about 10 mins. To get our drink orders taken. Two iced teas and a Coke, when they brought the teas they said they were out of Coke. My wife then ordered a water. After another 15 mins they came and took our order, a pizza, wings, cheese bread, caesar salad and a garden salad with ranch. My mothers tea was gone and they did not refill. 10 mins went by and they came and asked us to repeat our order. About 15 mins went by and they brought the wings and told us they did not have ranch. Then they brought the salads and reminded us that they did not have ranch, my wife would not have ordered the salad if she was told that before hand. At that point we had to ask for our tea and waters to be refilled. They then brought the pizza but no cheese bread. We had to tell them about the bread and had to wait on it to come out. The food quality was good but service was terrible. This place is in dire need of someone to manage it. We will not be coming back. read more
