I politely asked the waitress to come over and I explained my disappointment. She was SOOO extremely polite and attentive. She called a manager, who I repeated my question to. She was also EXTREMELY polite and attentive and did absolutely everything to correct the situation. Unbeknownst to me at the time, the district manager was on site. He interceded & proceeded to acknowledge and address our situation. To me, it was a minor inconvenience, but this restaurant handled it with class, grace, and a huge amount of professionalism. I give a top tier review to them! I've never been disappointed at this location, but today they went above and beyond! If you're ever dining at Texas Firehouse in Amarillo, Tx on Coulter... You'd be lucky to be served by Valerie! I don't know the manager or district manager's names, but they were top tier too!!! Highly recommend! 10/10 for sure!

As we walked to the table, every table was covered with food and spilt drinks. We looked for a clean table only to have to wipe it down with a napkin. Once the waitress finished talking with the other employees she walked over with so much excitement (being Sarcastic). She took our drink order and we did ask if she could clean the table. She left with amazing speed. When she did come backs she just wiped 1/3 of the table only as if her time was so precious. After ordering she brought the order out as if we were troubling her. Yet we were the only table there. All the employees and their boy / girl friends all sitting at the bar laughing and not even looking at cleaning the table or the floor covered in trash. It's sad when a franchise would go down that bad. We also never saw a manager in the location. Bar was covered with five pizza boxes what seemed to be pizza they were eating with friends. I do not blame the employees. It's a management issue and so it's your DMs actual responsibility since they hired the manager. It could go further since someone hired the DM to take care of the franchise and if they are like this one, you might have to re-evaluate your choices I would never recommend this location. I'm sure if we return they would spit in the food. STAY AWAY.
