The hostess was super customer service oriented and the server was also very much so as well. We saw that they had lunch specials for $9.99 and also Oktoberfest specials on beer: $4 pints & $5 tall steins. We ordered: Cheesy Sticks Starters, 2 Old Chicago Chopped Salads, 1 Oktoberfest Beer, and 1 Heineken 0% Alcohol Beer. Everything came out within a good amount if time: about 7 mins for the starter, and 10 mins after that for the salads. The cheesy bread was pretty good, hot and flavorful. It came with a marinara dipping sauce. The salads were tiny and served in small bowls. They definitely were not worth $10 each, but maybe $3 each, as they were side salad size, not lunch salad size. We had excellent customer service here so I kept it at 3 stars. The food quality and portion sizes was a bit off.

So I called the store to confirm and was told the order did not go thru but Josh was very polite and said he would process my order over the phone for delivery. He said it would be to me in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I called and was told oops it was accidentally marked for pickup but he wanted to compensate us for the inconvenience with free drinks. I told him I had purchased 2 drinks so no need. He then offered free brownies and I said ok, thank you... it was nice of him to offer. He said the pizza would be right here(we were only staying 4 minutes away) the pizza arrived cold and burnt 20 minutes later.... we only received 1 of the 2 drinks we had paid for.. the garlic Parisian bread bits were missing the parm and we did not receive our comp brownies. this was the absolute worst experience ever from Dominos and I am a huge fan, it's my favorite place to eat pizza when at home or traveling....just not here ever again!

Would have loved to bring up the fact that this chicken wing was completely RAW.. put it out by the card just waiting for the bartender to notice us/the chicken wing and she never did so we just paid and left. Hoping we don't get sick. The rest of the wings were cooked we just so happened to bust into to this one last.. I got the hot mess burger and it wasn't hot, just a mess! The cheese sauce was curdled and didn't have much flavor. The bacon and onions were great! The burger itself was a little overdone - didn't come out medium as requested. And the tots were underdone, crispy on the outside but still a little uncooked on the inside. They must bake them instead of fry them, but I'm just guessing. It was all edible but just not exciting. Sometimes when you see a five-star rating your expectations are too high, and that might have been the case here.
