Two years ago, I would have given it 4 stars. But, I can't do that now. We get pizza at least once per week. While I love the stuffed crust at Pizza Hut, we've gotten our pizza elsewhere the last couple of months because of the changes at Pizza Hut. You now get less sauce and fewer toppings on your pizza. And the middle of the pizza is underdone... resulting in limp pizza. That likely accounts for the empty parking lot on evenings when it used to be full. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I stopped in at 12:45pm on Monday 2/24/20 For an "Express Lunch" which the menu says takes 15 mins. There were people at 5 tables in the restaurant and two girls were working. It took 5 minutes for me to be seated. After sitting at my table for an additional 15 minutes while making eye contact with both waitresses as they walked by I decided to leave. In the 20 minutes that I was in the building I had only been seated. No drink order, no food order! read more

Definitely one of the better locations. Service is quick, even when it's busy. Food is consistently good, and always hot out of the oven when we order. My friend used to work here, so I know how clean the kitchen stays. We've had delivery from here several times as well, and the driver is always good to follow our careful directions (we live on a private road in the middle of nowhere). As far as a chain pizza place, they do pretty well here and you won't be disappointed if you need some quick pizza. read more

Was not at all happy with my meal today. On top of the food being cold and cheese that wasn't even melting, the waitress spent little attention. Was there for 30 minutes before even being asked what we wanted to drink. 20 more minutes went by and she finally came back with drinks and we placed our order. Food came with pretty quick after that but it was cold. Complained to waitress and she said she couldn't do anything about it and the manager was not available. read more

Went right before it hit real busy . Fast service our server was very nice and made sure we had everything we wanted. Ordered cheese breadsticks which were delicious. Had a large super supreme pizza. Had also a Caesar salad.. Got pretty full plus had plenty of leftovers . read more

I ordered a pan pizza and I got what appeared to be either a traditional or thin crust. It was also missing the bacon that I had added. I called them back and they nicely offered to make another one for no charge. I picked up the second one and it was exactly the same. It was flavorless, undercooked, NOT pan pizza, and had about two small morsels of bacon on it. I'm not sure if this is the fault of this particular Pizza Hut, or if this is what passes for pizza at all Pizza Huts now. This is not the Pizza Hut I remember. Pizza Hut used to have decent pizza. I do have to say that the lady I spoke with was very nice. It's just a shame the pizza here sucked. I'm glad there are other choices in town for pizza. read more

I placed an order at 7:34 Chelsey was the girl who took our order and she disappeared and at 8:13. I asked my husband how long we have been waiting for a take out order with no customers there when we were told 20 minutes. Except one a girl who clearly knew at least two staff members who ordered after us (about 10-15 minutes after) and leave long before us. We finally asked where our order was and why we had waited now 45 minutes when someone finally came out. They asked for our receipt ran and hid and another guy came out, he asked if someone was helping us, to which I said where is the manager? I want to speak to them and I want a district manager phone number. Another 7 minutes passed at 8:28 she finally came out and asked for our receipt which one of the girls had taken and never come back. We told her where it was and she went back,retrieved it and returned telling us some sad excuse that their system does not print orders to the back for wings and that our pizza had been done for a long while with our garlic knots.She said they would be dropping the wings... I'm not one to ask for things like free food... but I expect there to be consequences for such deplorable behavior. For one While we sat and waited I heard complaints from employees about customers being upset about poor service and asking for food to be comped... But I do complain about food I paid for being cold with orders that aren't fulfilled and sad high school excuses while your employees fight in the back yelling, screaming and slamming things in the kitchen as if the whopping 4 customers in the building can not hear it over the pop culture mix playing on the radio. I should have asked for my money back however by 8:40 when my food was finally done.. I did not have the time left after my long day at work to think I needed to go home and cook when I paid for someone else to accomplish this for me with a tip for crappy service. I will be more than happy to see how long this continues after the picture of an empty front of the house is exposed to normal customers. Make a very smart change and I suggest either you teach your employees to want to be there or you find some actually reliable staff who enjoy their jobs because they enjoy to work with people. By the way... not one of them smiled or greeted your paying patrons or felt the need to stand at the front of house to make sure you franchise or the assets were safe. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to have date night here. I want to be understanding about the fact that they are clearly short staffed but that was not the only problem. We were greeted quickly and taken to a table. Our server came and took our drink orders promptly. This is where the problems started. We didn't see her again for approximately 20 minutes after the initial encounter. When she finally brought our drinks out, she took our order. She came back to inform the that they were out of the main ingredient for the sandwich I had ordered, no problem, I changed my order. After about 45minutes, my boyfriends order was brought about and she informed me that part of my order had been given to someone in the drive through so it would be a little bit of a wait. I said that was fine, no big deal, it happens. About 15 minutes later, my order was brought out and was wrong. I understand things happen but it just seems like the kitchen and wait staff are not experienced and aren't checking orders before they are handed out the window or brought to the table. read more

Came in and was seated right away, sat waiting to order our drinks for at least 5 minutes. Although it was right about dinner time, they were not that busy. At least 3 waitresses walked right past our table not stopping to see if we had been waited on yet. One of them was standing talking to the table right next to us complaining she had no tables, we spoke up and said why don't you take our table then, we've been sitting here waiting at least 5 minutes. Great food but service, not so much! Too many young kids working there. read more

Isaiah is easily the best server of the 21st century. We ordered 45 pizzas and he carried all of them out at one time on his head with his eyes closed sprinting. He had about 37 other tables and still did a phenomenal job. Also, I saw him sweep his section and it was literally spotless. It looked like a brand new floor. Good golly. Furthermore, he's incredibly handsome. He does anything the customer asks. I asked him to chew up my pizza for me like a mother bird does for its baby birds so it would be easier to eat and he didn't even think twice about it. Also, he definitely did not write this review. Seated quickly and they were ready to take my order before I had decided what I wanted. Ordered pasta and 5 boneless wings. Pasta showed up in about 10 minutes without wings due to "problems with the order". Wings showed up about 5 minutes later. Food was so hot it took a while before I could eat it. Very tasty. My boyfriend and I went into Hastings Pizza Hut for a special celebration tonight. We knew it was wing Wednesday and we're excited for our half off wings. Our waitress rang our order and it took 55min to get our food. Once we received our wings they were the wrong flavors and we were missing 8 wings. The waitress proceeded to tell us none of it was her fault and someone "stole" our wings. We ordered a pizza to go and they gave our pizza to another customer, the customer returned the pizza because it wasn't the one they ordered. Then proceeded to give us the same pizza they just gave the other customer. They then handed us the bill the wings were not half off. We were in Pizza Hut for almost 2 hours when we normally spend 30-40min eating out. I highly don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more
