I have been disappointed b this location many times. Frankly, I went today with no real expectation that this would be a different experience but needed a close option to get a pizza. I was unexpectedly impressed. I expressed I wanted to be sure my pizza was cooked well due to past pizzas being doughy. As soon as I showed concerned an awesome team member Evie immediately started to investigate what went wrong on my previous visits. Now I was not even talking to her when I expressed my concerns. So imagine how impressed I was when Evie immediately took ownership of my issue. I was even a bit shocked because frankly customer service at this location has not been their area of expertise during my past visits. So next Evie asked thoughtful questions to explain what may have caused my doughy experience and reassured me there had been steps to resolve those issues. Additionally, Evie assured she made my pizza today and that she always strive to produce a quality product. The pizza was amazing. Evie Thank you for taking the time to make my day and my lunch awesome. I am sorry but id Evie is not making my pizza I just don't want it. I hope Pizza Hut will read this review and use Evie as a model of customer service for their other employees. read more

False advertisement on website vs what you get. Ordered 3 melts, got 1/2 of each of them. After showing the cook what was ordered and how deceptive that was, they said have the office call him and he'd recook it. Really? Why should I fix what's wrong with your advertisemen, I'm on lunch break and we don't have time for that. Give the customer what they ordered or refund them. That's that. July15,2025 there was a special promotion $2.00 personal pan. I called my order In at 4:00 for a 6:15 pick up. When I got there people was line up out the door to 5 below. I waited until 8:00 un I got to the front counter. People was not getting there orders. People was leaving the store. people where complaining about how long they have been waiting in line .some as long as 4 hours. pizza was stack from one counter top to another. at some point the kitchen should of shut down to filled all the order that had been taken. The manager on duty just was causally walking around . The more she walked away from the counter . the Pizza was stacked above the ceiling.they kept making and making and would not figure out who was next or called names. This location specializes in hiring the most unprofessional staff. I have given it numerous chances being that it is a Pizza Hut in my area and I want to patronize stores where I live. But, I am finish with this store. This last incident is not about the professionalism of the staff but more about what the store think is acceptable. I ordered a pizza at 5PM. I was informed it would be delivered at 10:04PM. That delivery time was unacceptable. I tried to downgrade it to an carryout order. They told me that the ready time would not changed. So the carryout and delivery options end results is 5 hours wait time. I cancelled the order. They then inform me that it would be 48 hours before I receive my refund. So, I am patiently waiting the refund. This place is horrible! read more

I ordered a supreme with Jalapeños. The operator said it would be 45 minutes for my pizza to arrive. After an hour I called the location and the lady who answered the phone said it would be 2 and a half hours for me to get my pizza. Terrible customer service. I had issues ordering on the website and proceeded to call and order via. phone instead and the representative I spoke to had such a nasty attitude. She wasn't helpful at all. #1, she claims a deal that is still being promoted on the website is no longer going on and that I couldn't order that particular deal. Sounds weird to me, if the website is still advertising a promotion it should still be honored. No questions asked. Thats a company issue if you're still advertising something that's discontinued, but as a customer you're still supposed to get that deal regardless. let's started with how i screwed up days ordering online. smh i went online to order a little late night pizza for the family and i pushed the wrong button for the day and ended up ordering the pizza for another day at 10:30am instead of 10:30 pm.. When i went to get the pizza they said ma'am you order it for tomorrow. You said i did what man I'm hungry i can't believe i did tht oh well thank you, see you tomorrow drove off. well the next day arrived an my mouth was waiting on it so i go back earlier to see if it was already prepared. I drove up to the window and told them my name an they said hold on let us check an see if we have your order, she then came back to the window and said ma'am your order been ready since 10:30am this morning, you should of seen the look on my face. Ordered on line special 2 for 7.99 when i went to pick up said they just made one pizza and wanted to charge over 19.00 dollars guy said i only get the one pizza told him the special states two for 7.99 then offered me a coupon told him to forget about it. 1 pizza will not be enough to feed everyone so i had to go to papa johns and had,to wait to get the two pizzas. I always get good food and delivery from this location until the last couple times. I have been shorted on sides twice now and today the driver called me and said the address was wrong and was coming up as Lawrenceville when it clearly showed the correct address on the receipt. This location is terrible. Oftentimes delivery takes 2 hours. This time my marinara sauce tasted like beer was poured into it. The pizza has always been delivered in a timely manner, but at times the dough is undercooked. A few weeks ago I ordered my son wings and they drowned then in ranch dressing which we didn't even order. I called to complain but was told they were busy and to call back. This location consistently gets my orders wrong. I'm sure they would do fine if you order like a one topping or something but if you try to get "creative" with the toppings, they always screw it up by not putting all your selections on your order or if you have more than 1 pizza, they mix up all the toppings from both pizzas. read more
