Ordered mozzarella sticks and boneless chicken wings and they both were absolutely disgusting. The mozzarella sticks were cold and there's no way they cooked them properly, they tasted as if they were tossed in the microwave. They need to close this trap house all the way down. We ordered never got our pizza. Called they said they had no drive. Then hung up. Called back she said it was picked up 15 minutes ago. I live like 5 minutes away. She hung up again. Called back and she said they called couldn't find the house which is a lot my phone never rang. They need some manors and some common sense. ANOTHER CHANCE... My last few orders from the Burnside Pizza Hut have been under par. So I stayed away for awhile and decided to order from Domino's which taste and quality have greatly improved plus the prices and menu choices are better. For some reason, I gave this Pizza Hut another chance last night and once I got my order, I instantly remembered why I had not ordered from it in several months. The pizzas were semi-cold, hard, lacked sauce, and damn near burnt. The honey BBQ boneless wings were smaller than usual and barely covered with sauce plus they too were cold. NO PROFESSIONALISM & HORRIBLE SERVICE - I ordered online today at 11:41am 12/6/23, accidentally ordered for pickup. At confirmation of order realized it, immediately called at 11:46am and paid the extra for delivery and confirmed address. Was told that order has been changed to delivery and it would be 30-40mins. At 1:00pm, no pizza. I called again, they said it was not changed and "you have to pick it up because I cannot change it". Explained that I could not, and asked what happened. No explanation from the lady, and did not care. She did not try to resolve the issue and did not want to be bothered. After seeing her inadequacy to provide ANY customer service. I requested a refund. She stated, "I will refund you, have a nice day" and CLICK/hung up on me. No name, no $ amount, no confirmation etc. I immediately called back and received a complete attitude from her. She refused to give me her name and now stated that she needed my card # to refund. So I asked how she was going to refund me on the previous call without my card # before hanging up on me. This just fueled the fire and she kept trying to speak over me and would not listen. She again REFUSED to give her name. I finally stated that I did not trust giving her my card info and would call corporate to get my refund. That is exactly what I did. I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again! I believe some hospitality and customer service etiquette is much needed at this location! read more

Literally the worst customer service experience that I've ever received. Never going back - stay away. In short, I ordered pizza online from this location. Showed up during normal business hours to pick it up (5:00 pm on a Saturday...30 mins after I placed order)...Store was closed so couldn't get the food that I already paid for. Struggling to get my money back because store appears to be permanently closed, although Pizza Hut states its still open. Filed complaint with corporate and haven't been able to resolve issue. This place deserves ZERO stars! The staff is rude and seems to be very incompetent. I placed an order and waited 2 and 1/2 hours for a delivery that I never received. When I called to check on my order, I was told that it was delivered to the wrong house, and when they went to pick the food up from the wrong house the residents had already started eating it!!!! She followed up with, "we can remake it but can you come and pick it up?" This blew my mind! I could not believe what I was being told, or asked. They were literally going to bring me food to eat that was in a strangers house! I was so disgusted! I told her I will not come to pick up a food that I ordered for delivery, but I would like a refund. Next thing I knew the call was disconnected, so I called back thinking it was a mistake, and the girl hung up on me again. Pizza Hut is my favorite national pizza delivery chain, but the Gonzales Pizza Hut is so bad that I will no longer order from them. Deliveries often arrive one hour later than the estimated delivery time even though the estimated delivery time is typically one hour or more. Occassionally my order does not arrive. There is never any communication from Pizza Hut if an order is late or will not be delivered. Sometimes the pizza is good, sometimes it is not. Even though I order extra sauce, the pizza typically has between light and no sauce; we have been buying sauce at the grocery store and adding it to the pizzas. read more

The pizza hut on Burnside in Gonzales is horrible. Our pizza was 45 minutes late and tasted like cardboard. When I called to complain to the manager ( Summer) , she was never available. I called the Pizza Hut location closest to my home to place a carry out order. I had not been here in over 5 years due to service but I've recently been told of the Wednesday wing special so called to order. My first call was to inquire to see if they still offer the wing special and if so, at what price. I was told they are $0.59 a wing!! What! Great deal. I gathered the order of two family members then I called back. I was then told the wings are $0.65 a wing. Ok. Slightly confused since the price raised in literally 5 minutes but still a great deal so went ahead with the order. When I arrived for pickup, I was told my order total is $21.02. Again I'm confused. 24 x 0.65=15.60. I ask if the tax rate is 30% because that is not the expected price. Needless to say, the associate did not know why my total was the higher price. He then said maybe it's .69/wing vs 0.65/wing but after doing the math, it's still not adding up. There was no manager present in the store to speak with. The excuse I was given is I don't chose pizza hut's prices & I don't know how much the wings are. I just work here. He hands me the wings and tells me to have a good life. It's not too much to expect the prices not to change from placing the order to picking up the order. It is not too much to expect respect and attention given when a paying customer presents an issue that is reasonable. This is a very disappointing and frustrating experience to say the least. I will share this with neighbors & coworkers to not waste their time, money or energy ordering here. I wish I had read these reviews first! read more

Went to Pizza Hut last night there was someone parked in the Handicap spot with no tag. Went inside to pick up my order and an employee that was working there walked outside holding up his pants and leaned into the window and started talking to the guy parked in the Handicap spot with his pants falling below his ass. Told the girl at the register about the car and she laughed that's my car he's here to pick me up, after about 5 minutes a woman from the back had to go out and get the employee back inside. Manager was really sweet and had my order out in 20 mins and this was the middle of the rush. Worst Service I have ever received from a Pizza establishment. They did not deliver my whole order, and after I called and was transferred 4 times and 27 minutes later. I was told well, you can either come and get the rest of your food or you can get a store credit, but were not going to bring the rest of your food. I said I am not coming to get my food and I don't want a store credit in a place I never intend on eating at again. I could hear the woman in the back ground and she said, whatever then I asked her name and the man told me it was miss Lori.
