Scam Artist! Leaves coupons at local motel (Mine is the Regency Inn) and when you try to use them they don't honor them. I was lucky I checked before ordering. They told me the coupons are supposed to have a printed expired message on all of them. I not only didn't order but will NEVER use this location. Leave the menu and don't include various coupons that are all expired. I wonder how many folks ordered only to have to pay more when picking it up. I would have told them to keep it. Horrible service. Ordered to the base down the road. Pizza was all messed up and moldy. Asked for a replacement and she proceeded to demean me saying I'm lying and that they don't have any orders that went to the base... both the delivery lady was extremely rude and when I called she started cursing at my saying I should just eat somewhere else. Dining In Service is a little slow. I rarely ever dine in but the last time I did at the location, waiting for pizza took close to 25 minutes. Take-out is much Better! Always quick! read more

This is for the PH in Gatesville, Texas. These people are very, very stingy with their toppings. I ordered a $7.99 large, two-topping (internet only) pizza. I ordered pepperoni and black olives. The photo on the website as I'm ordering showed 31 slices of pepperoni. The pizza I received had about 15 slices of pepperoni. This is why I almost NEVER order pizza from this PH. They are always very stingy with their toppings. I only ordered on this day because I live in a small town and the other place I wanted to order from was closed. I have a photo of my pizza, and I'll post it if I can figure out how. Really, I'd only give them one star but I did order from them, after all. Edit: Oh, by the way, I LOVE their MILD buffalo wings. Normally that will be the only thing I order from them, and only on "wing Wednesday" when they're a little cheaper. read more

Went to get a pizza with friends and the employees just turned around and went into the kitchen without aknowledging us, not a word and in fact ignored us completely. Service is beyond horrendous. Avoid like the plague! read more

Loved the service as much as the yummy food. They were busy when we arrived but thinned out during our stay, they ran out of a lot of stuff, but being a Friday night it was to be expected, no problem because their kindness and the food made up for it. Worst Pizza Hut ever!! WORST EVER!! I ordered the pizza online, got a confirmation email. Order was supposed to arrive at ETA 5:41pm. I ordered the pizza at 5:05pm, the order didn't arrive until 6:03pm. On top of that I paid with my card and driver arrives and asked me to pay with cash. When I have already payed with card. I call the store and they told me my card was declined, I never received an email or phone call of this matter. I used my same card that got "declined" and everything went through fine. The worst part was that my food was super cold! And I requested certain items and they didn't bring it. Very very disappointed with this store. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. We had the worst service and customer service I've ever experienced in my life. To start, we waited over an hour to call about our order only to be put on hold and forgotten about. So we called back to find out they cancelled our order but we're somehow able to read our order back to us...ad were told it would be here soon. Another hour later after waiting we called again for them to say it would be there fifteen minutes but they were out of a topping so we picked another. It arrived well over fifteen minutes later ....wrong and missing bread sticks. So we called again and they tried to say they were closed...not for this ma y mistakes.... And sadly to get into a debate with their unprofessional manager insinuating that we we're trying to get free food and that they'd be there later with a cheese pizza for them to not show up 42 mins...there's so many problems i don't think I have the time or patience to go into any more length. So if you want correct food and nice service you won't find it there. If I could get a place closed down I know the first place of shut down hint hint....forgive my level of frustration I am pregnant and very hungry. read more
