Pizza Hut - 2710 E. 20th Street, Farmington, NM 87402 Date of Experience: Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 5:22 PM I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered, especially coming from a manager. I called to address an incorrect order I had just received. While the pizza was hot, it was completely wrong. I had ordered a regular large pizza with mushroom, pepperoni, and pineapple, (a non-spicy) option specifically for my young grandkids, who are 1, 3, and 5 years old. What I received was spicy and not suitable for them at all. When I called to explain the issue, the general manager was rude, unprofessional, and continuously cut me off as I tried to speak. Instead of listening, he spoke over me angrily and told me he could send another pizza, but not the one I had actually ordered. He insisted that if I wanted the correct pizza, I would have to pay again. I simply asked if it was possible to include the pineapple, and again, he interrupted and firmly said he would only send the one that was already made. He refused to allow me to explain anything and finally hung up on me. This was not only a frustrating experience but also incredibly disappointing, especially from someone in a leadership position. No customer should be treated this way when calmly trying to resolve a simple mistake. I hope this issue is addressed, as this kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. Delivery guy was very nice and I give him a 10/10! read more

Don't eat here service sucks sauce for the breadsticks was cold and they would not heat it up and way over priced

We have ate there number of times We have got what we ordered correctly Each time they were not slow in service We think they do good job They do make better pizza not Skimpy on fixings that's a plus compared To other pizza places Would give five stars but booths are a little Tight to set in cramped so to speak read more

Delivery was smooth. Pizza was delivered in less than 30 minutes. Was delicious Driver was pleasant

I'm sitting in this store and here is my moment by moment experience: Sat down in empty store and witnessed three tables get seated and served before drink orders taken. 30 minutes later Drinks came and have three plastic cups and three paper cups, all paper cups had holes in the bottom. server came and wiped table and not floor. Now table is wet..someone just mopped floor and now new paper cups..all other tables have food. We have been here for 45 minutes. Food begins to arrive at hour one...no pizza yet. 12 minutes into second hour pizza arrives. Pizza is exactly what we ordered. read more

I placed an order over the phone. Lady barely spoke English. I ordered green chile and it came with like 2 little pieces (must take it out of their check) . When I got there to pick up. One guy comes up and says "oh someone will help you shortly". Then when the lady finally comes up she say "get your own drink out of the refrigerator ". These guys are the worst place in town. read more

I used to eat here often in the past but it's seems that the service gets worst every year. The waitress is not attending the tables in a routine manner and seems to not remember to give plates or any utensils. I would not recommend this place for a fast eat or at all, because the wait time is an hour or two. Plus, the speakers for one side of the dinning area is broken and the sound is barley audible to hear anything. Overall, this is a bad representation for pizza Hut's reputation. read more

Of the two pizza huts in town this one tends to have the better service. It does not have a drive up window like the other one, but this is the main drawback. read more

Worst service EVER! I understand if they cannot deliver to my location. I also understand they are willing to meet me half way and I am willing to do that. But, when they tell you they can meet you at a certain place, yet get upset because they don't know the address they can meet me and starts to yell me... now that's out of hand. After looking up the address they are willing to meet me and telling them, the worker hung up on me! I love pizza and my family constantly orders pizza, but I NOW remember why I don't use Pizza Hut. The service is awful. Back to Domino's we go..... read more

I would put zero stars if I could it took an hour for pizza and then the cheese was ice cold and they said they'd give me a $15 voucher when I buy another order of pizza that's BS zero stars don't ever order read more

First, I love pizza. I would consider myself to be an expert in pizza. With that said, eating at pizza is usually consistent and you know what you get is going to be what you expect. No surprises and no guessing, they make a consistent product day after day. It's a pretty descent pizza, but the service is usually horrible. Expect to be corralled into a section that is semi cleaned and packed with people. They hardly seat people in the other sections. The waiting staff is slow and hardly helpful, they often forget you're there. They neglect your refills and you're waiting too long for your ticket. I strongly urge you to skip eating inside their establishment and take your order to go. I've been to both pizza huts in town and they are both pretty bad at service. I would have given them one star is their pizza was awful. read more

Food was great. That's the only praise this place will get. Service was horrible. Like there was no service 15 minutes to write on drinks after it took them 15 minutes to come and take our drinks. Then 20 minutes to get one pizza after. Il never eat here again read more
