I chose the boneless wings with 2 different sauces. In the past. They have done well. Not this time . When I got home. The wings were ok . The 2 sauces were not what I ordered . Not what was on the receipt. ... My fault I should. Have checked before I left the store. read more

I don't understand how this store is still open, the service is always terrible, the food was never a problem til my sister and I believed we were FOOD POISONED!!! A couple of months ago my sister and I pick up an order we placed online. As we got home we started eating into the wings, we both started looking at each other as if something was off but we didn't questioned after we finished. Then suddenly we starting asking each other if they tasted funky... we both thought we were crazy but no they tasted funny and smelt close to rotten eggs from the inside. We never could tell if they smelt bad without biting into them since the buffalo sauce is what's masking it from the outside. We both felt disgusted that we ate them all but there is no point going back to ask for a refund... but we did call to the store to inform them that the wings were no good and we wouldn't want anybody getting sick from it. The person over the phone had to say "Well your wings were cooked with other peoples orders" and "Also we just got a delivery of our food today". We were so upset that was the only respond they had but I don't believe what they said is true. A few hours later luckily we only had diarrhea but we took some tums and pepto bismol after to calm our stomachs. Ever since that, we're never ordering food from there again. read more

Customer service needs work! Did not really like the customer service at all. I asked for the bathroom code and the lady up front was very rude about it. read more

This store closes at 10pm. I called before getting there to place an order and there was no answer. I walked in at 7:30 and was told that they weren't taking anymore orders for the day?? Plus they were already putting chairs away. read more

Went in at 10:56AM. Instead of yelling out, "We aren't open yet!" they should instead say, "good morning, we aren't open yet, but we will take your order once we officially open." Or something like that. Make your customers feel welcomed! read more

Place is a joke. Website and app are down. Okay not their fault. Resort to calling. No answer ever. Go in to order. Place is a disaster and I have to repeat myself 7 times for each order. They're out of straws so I ask the girl behind the counter. She blankly stares at me and proceeds to point. I inform her they're out and she just walks away. Sitting here waiting for the order and I watch them decline call after call all while their manager stands in the corner observing and not doing anything to help. Farmington strikes again with the pro service! read more

Ok. Here we go. Order a 30 piece wing combo. Ordered pizza so it's pizza and wing dinner. Had both delivered pizza came 5 minutes before wings. Now here's the problem the wings came in a sealed bag. I ordered 15 original wings and 15 mango habanero wings. What I received is 15 original wings and 15 plain. We were going to fix it since we normally have mango habanero wing sauce but we were out. So I called and they said bring them back and we can replace them. I said better yet send a delivery driver with them and I will give him the plain one as why should I be inconvenienced by your mistake and I could eat my dinner while warm. But I was told quit being rude and click went the phone. So I took the 10 minute drive to get my wings replaced went in to see at least 15 people, if not more behind the counter of which there was a group of 6 talking about a customer, maybe me maybe not I didn't care Waited a full minute to talk to the cashier to finished up with a customer and asked to speak with a manager which took another full minute at least she wasn't in the gossip group but she was closer than I was so she had to hear the gossip if I could. I explained the situation to her and she said she had no idea who hung up on me but got my wing replacement and I asked for the delivery and fees to be reversed she said she couldn't it's a Door Dash problem which it isn't since it was their site the order was placed not Door Dash. I know from being in the business that whoever website it is ordered on they can alter it and yes Door Dash confirmed that. So I put it on Wingstop web page and received a phone call from Steve, assuming a DL he did apologize but if said anything he would be dismissive he offered a free 30 piece but I would have to go in find the GM and explain my story and wait 30 to 40 minutes since that is their normal time for an order. So sounds like Wing Street or Buffalo Wild Wings is my next stop for wings. Stay away from them isn't the first screw up from them. read more

Tried them again and was disappointed. Food was not good and they barely put any sauce on the wings. Gave them one more chance and went in for lunch. They said it would be 45 minutes to get an order to sit down in the restaurant because of online orders. Why have tables and a restaurant area at this point? read more

I will not be coming back this place is very disappointing as to when they messed my order up I argued on the phone for 10 minutes until I asked if I could bring them back. Upon arrival the staff was horrible they were all on there phones and the lady at the front had head phones in. They just threw away the food I brought back this was a horrible experience I will not be going back and I recommend that no one come here until they can get a manger in here that does not hide in the back and the staff has some sort of respect to the ones paying them. This place really does reserve 0 stars big thumbs down. read more

Haven't ate here in months was looking forward to my usual order but when finally getting home. My order was completely wrong. Fries were not seasoned, half of my boneless wings were even seasoned with the sauce I ordered. Another order of mine was also not cooked throughly the skin was rubbery! Tried calling the store 5 seperate times but no one's picked up. With all the extras I have Also gotten was not with my meal causing me to loose a little over 5$ and making me not wanting to order here again. read more

Poor service. I stood right in from if them and had to acknowledge them rather than a 'Welcome to Wingstop. May I help you?' Or 'Can I take your order?' And then after placing my order i asked to purchase additional dipping sauce and they took that as an inconvenience. It wasn't just one person but the entire crew. Mngmt might need to check into this or give them a course on customer service. read more

Knowing full well that the restaurant closes at 10 PM, we decided to have dinner. We entered the building at 9:10PM and were promptly told that they were only serving To-Go orders and only serving boneless chicken. With almost a full hour left of business, they already were stacking chairs on tables. There was one pair of customers eating at a table and the worker was stacking chairs on top of the tables surrounding them. They created a very unwelcome atmosphere. We promptly decided to eat elsewhere. I have worked retail and fast food before. I know for sure that my bosses would not approve of closing the lobby an hour early to paying customers wanting to sit down and eat. Hopefully the manager at this establishment becomes aware of his workers' performance and corrects it accordingly. read more

I would vote worse service, manager on duty is having a personal conversation at the cashier and wouldn't acknowledge myself or the customers coming in. At the least to be acknowledged, I would've had a more decent experience!! read more

I placed an online order and unfortunately had to cancel due to a sudden family emergency. This was within a 10 min period and I called them to let them know that I had to cancel my order. A young female employee in a very annoyed and rude tone replied, "ugh we already made it!" And yet I still apologized and asked if I would be able to get a refund. She informed me that it would not show up back in my account for 5-7 business days. That was on 03/26/22 and I have yet to see it in my account. I have called twice asking to speak to their manager and have never received a response. Their management including staff are very rude and unprofessional. Will never go back to this place. read more

The hot wings we got were ehhhh! Not enough sauce. We got our wings but had to wait on our fries. I finally went up to the counter and asked about my fries. Haha the dude seemed irritated but why? I'm not the one who didn't deliver, I paid for it so I should have got it. And when the tattooed lady was taking our order she gave my wife attitude. Wtf!?! Why? We just asked about adding different sauce and she assumed we wanted them without sauce. First: you should never assume. Second: customers, your job is to service them! Not give them attitude. So I give customer service a one. Will I return to this place? Probably not. To end on a positive note the chicken tenders were awesome! read more

Best wings I've had in a long time! Found out about this place by seeing it on my friend's snapchat story all the time. The fries are amazing! Seating is good as well. It wasn't crowded at all. Plus, the lady at the register was helpful! Very great service. The only thing I can gripe about was that it took a while for our food to arrive, but I could understand since it was handmade. read more

Stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes all alone waiting while I watched the staff stand around. Then was going to take 25 minutes for the wings. Very unfriendly about wanting customers. Sad because they have good food. But I cannot recommend such an unfriendly place that really just does not care about customers. Buyer beware, go somewhere else. read more

Had food delivered and it came fresh and prepared as ordered. Grub Hub driver was excellent in delivering food at estimated time.

Stopped in at 8:45 pm on a Wednesday evening, walked up to check hours (which were not posted anywhere.) Walked inside to ask, got no greeting only a look from a girl who was mopping the floors and had most chairs put up on the tables, which left only a few tables close to the door for dining. I asked what time they close which i was told 10 pm. You'd think an hour and 15 minutes before closing, you'd at least get a greeting and prompt service. I guess not. There were people in the kitchen area cleaning and glaring as we walked in the door. Will definitely NOT be returning here, nobody was friendly and who could even eat with the horrible, overwhelming smell of whatever cleaning solution was being used to mop? read more

If I could select less than one I would. Sign clearly said 7 days a week open until midnight. When we walked in at 9:30 it was as though we were intruding and we were told they close at 10:00. To say the service was poor would be giving them a courtesy! PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. We must make a stand and support businesses that promote quality customer service. read more

This is probably a decent place if you don't eat at Buffalo Wild Wings. Wingstop is cheaper than their competition. The wings here are a bit small, and drier compared to Buffalo Wild Wings. They had multiple flavors but rather the same as BWW. Ordered four flavors, Original Hot- which had no heat at all. I thought it had a real light mild flavor, BBQ- which was really sticky and didn't have that BBQ flavor you would want. Also had Mild- a less than mild flavor and seemed to be far off from mild. The fries there were ok, lots of dry seasoning on it, but it taste sweet like a sugar flavoring. The Wingstop in Albuquerque is a lot better than this place, service was fast and place was clean. Though most of the workers there seem to love their cell phones a lot. Everyone of them had their cell phones to keep them busy.. ok place but I rather spend more at Buffalo Wild Wings ... a 2 rating for me.. read more

The place wasn't too busy, arrived about 6pm and ordered wings and tenders meal for the family and myself. The boys enjoyed the chicken strips, but they didn't care too much for the fries. The wings we ordered were the Louisiana rub and the original hot, the hot was pretty good but the Louisiana rub wasn't all that great. The rub kept falling off and it made more of a mess of things. The fries were a little bit weird, salty & sweet with a touch of pepper. The food was ok, nothing too spectacular. There were a few issues that really bugged me, one....the wait for the food was excessive. We waited over twenty minutes for our food and it wasn't all that busy too. The other is the lack of napkins, I know they had a huge roll of brown paper towels that people pull off and walk back to their tables with a wad of paper in their hands. The service was good, they seemed to be friendly and the place is clean. I don't know if I'll be back, only time will tell. read more

The food tasted good but it was overpriced, a really long wait (22 minutes when we the only ones waiting) and they skimped on the portions. I ordered 8 boneless wings and got 6 1/2 popcorn chickens. Don't skimp on portions, move quicker and if you are going to overcharge you better deliver an amazing experience. I'm going back to b dubs read more

This isn't a full table service restaurant like BWW. The kid up front was patient and allowed us to sample the flavors. The fries were too salty. The combo didn't come with celery and carrots. You are only limited to one ranch/blue cheese dressing packet per combo. Wifey and I went to watch the game and there was no sound for the television(s). We were the only one's dressed in our team attire. Not a place for cheering fans. Overall okay but not the best. read more

First and last trip to this place. Not impressed in the least. Lady at the register was rude, the wings were sub-par, and they don't accept their own coupons. We ordered take out and got 8 different flavors of wings. They didn't mark the flavors on the boxes so we had no idea what we were looking at. We called to ask if they could explain them to us. The same grouchy woman answered the phone and told us we should have asked her to mark them because most customers already know what they are ordering. Ridiculous. read more

I submitted an online order and arrived 20 minutes later I was told that my order wasn't ready so I sat for another 23 minutes. I was finally told my order was ready. The chicken is all made fresh when you order it. This means you have a short wait, but it's worth it for fresh food. I love the boneless wings, Louisiana rub is an excellent dry rub. Their fries are good, especially if you add the Cajun seasoning. Prices are very reasonable considering the amount of food you get. read more

How dissappointing. The customer service was poor and the wings scrauny. Very over cooked too. The place did look clean.

We waited over 30 minutes ordered 30 wings wet , two flavors . When we got our wings they were dry sent them back, them we go to eat them and they are cold. The manager blamed the cook said he was learning. I asked for the owners name and everybody got amnesia. I will never go back. We could have gotten very sick from raw chicken. read more
