The Chicago Beef was tender and delicious, but not as highly seasoned as what I've eaten in Chicago. the Au Jus was fantastic. Couldn't find any gardinera though. The Italian sausage was delicious, but the sausage was very skinny, more the size of a hot dog and only filled 2/3 of the bun. Since they did such a good job on the Chicago beef They should try a Pittsburgh Hot Italian Sausage where the sausage is usually 1-1/2" thick and cut to the length of the bun or slightly longer. Keep the sausage flavor exactly the same. The onion and peppers were great, but I prefer mine with some marinara, which they provided. Little service with the fast food type order process but they supplied me with whatever I needed when I went to the counter.

She charge me $2.00 for extra topping and this does not look extra to me. I went inside and opened up the box to find burnt pizza and no extra toppings. I was so upset because I told her please make sure not to burn it, she yes me. Before my last two visits, I was always satisfied with the pizzas. I don't recommend this place. My visit was horrible on 02/26/26 at 9:00 pm.

Pizza Hut - 2710 E. 20th Street, Farmington, NM 87402 Date…read moreof Experience: Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 5:22 PM I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered, especially coming from a manager. I called to address an incorrect order I had just received. While the pizza was hot, it was completely wrong. I had ordered a regular large pizza with mushroom, pepperoni, and pineapple, (a non-spicy) option specifically for my young grandkids, who are 1, 3, and 5 years old. What I received was spicy and not suitable for them at all. When I called to explain the issue, the general manager was rude, unprofessional, and continuously cut me off as I tried to speak. Instead of listening, he spoke over me angrily and told me he could send another pizza, but not the one I had actually ordered. He insisted that if I wanted the correct pizza, I would have to pay again. I simply asked if it was possible to include the pineapple, and again, he interrupted and firmly said he would only send the one that was already made. He refused to allow me to explain anything and finally hung up on me. This was not only a frustrating experience but also incredibly disappointing, especially from someone in a leadership position. No customer should be treated this way when calmly trying to resolve a simple mistake. I hope this issue is addressed, as this kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. Delivery guy was very nice and I give him a 10/10!

They brought bread to the table, and we asked for a side of alfredo sauce (at a cost, of course). The bread was a little under for m,e but it was okay. I had the chicken parmigiana with angel hair pasta. Light sauce on the chicken and no sauce on the pasta. It came with a salad, and I got lemonade to go. The salad really needed some help. A lot of the lettuce was light brown around the edges, so I picked a lot of it out. The chicken parmigiana was really good, and so was the pasta. I could not finish it all, so I took it and had leftovers for dinner. Unfortunately, the only thing I remembered to take a picture of was the salad and bread. . . boooo If I am in the area again, I will stop by to try other things. . . like the Calzone.

Drinks came out almost immediately after being seated and ordered. Upon being served our beverages our appetizers were ordered and were out in less than 4 minutes. They took our order (14" pepperoni, mushroom and olive pizza; chicken parmiginia with spaghetti; side salad). The salad came out in just over a minute and the main courses were out in like 7 minutes. Everything was fresh, high quality ingredient's and tasted amazing! We ordered the tiramisu for desert and it was as close to authentic as it gets! So happy we gave them a try! The prices were very decent considering the quality of dishes served. 9.2/10

Pizza, Mexican food, Greek salads, and Gyros. Everything I've tried has been consistently fresh, delicious, and served hot. It doesn't sit under a warming lamp. The building is quaint and cozy and the interior reminds you of an old greasy spoon from the 90's. I was hesitant to try a combination pizza, Italian, American, Mexican food restaurant but it didn't disappoint. The staff were super friendly. The plates, tables, and floor were clean. Taste? I ordered the wings with (forgetting the name) buffalo sauce and a medium pizza. The wings were crispy and cooked just right. The sauce was delicious as well. But the presentation was something to be improved. It looks as if the wings were drizzled with buffalo sauce from a bottle versus immersed in sauce and mixed together for consistency. Aside from a gummy crust (could have used about 3 more minutes in the oven) the pizza was tasty. I had pepperoni, sausage, feta, and green chile and they were right on the money. With two things to note (personal preference?) the green chile was chopped into half inch by half in squares so smaller bits would have been better as far as texture goes for me. And there was no pesto mentioned in the menu or as a side to the pizza. But overall it was a great first experience. Will definitely be back.
