What I received was spicy and not suitable for them at all. When I called to explain the issue, the general manager was rude, unprofessional, and continuously cut me off as I tried to speak. Instead of listening, he spoke over me angrily and told me he could send another pizza, but not the one I had actually ordered. He insisted that if I wanted the correct pizza, I would have to pay again. I simply asked if it was possible to include the pineapple, and again, he interrupted and firmly said he would only send the one that was already made. He refused to allow me to explain anything and finally hung up on me. This was not only a frustrating experience but also incredibly disappointing, especially from someone in a leadership position. No customer should be treated this way when calmly trying to resolve a simple mistake. I hope this issue is addressed, as this kind of customer service is completely unacceptable.
