But this is one of the places I look forward to most every single time I'm back in Orlando. There is always a long line, and it is always, always worth it! (Trust me) Getting to build your own pizza with genuinely delicious ingredients is an experience on its own, but then actually biting into that pizza and finding that it is one of the best slices you're going to find? That is something I want to relive for as long as I possibly can. I always go for the cauliflower crust, load it up with that spicy tomato sauce that elevates everything to a whole new level, and pile on as much meat as humanly possible, because if I'm doing a pizza, it's going to be loaded with as much protein and sweetness and pure chaos as I can fit on it. If you're at Disney Springs, go to Blaze Pizza. No question. Yes, there will be a line. Yes, it will be so worth it. I already cannot wait until I'm back!

The pizza had a great balance of toppings and a rich sauce. The crust is filling, especially with breadsticks - just a lot of bread. Great service! So nice to find this local spot for takeout after a long day in FL.

The sauce was decent, but it wasn't enough to make up for the pizza overall. After eating there, I can understand why a restaurant located so close to Disney was nearly empty at lunchtime on a weekday. I knew Chicago-style pizza was supposed to be cheesy, but I was not expecting THAT much cheese. It was thick, hot, filling, and definitely not your regular pizza. I really liked the crust because it held everything together without being too hard. There was so much melted cheese inside, and the sauce on top had a really good flavor. One slice was honestly enough to fill you up, but of course we kept going back for more. The service was good too. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, and our order was prepared well. Just know that deep-dish pizza takes some time to make, so don't expect it to come out like a regular pizza. It was worth the wait for us. The atmosphere was casual and family-friendly. Nothing overly fancy, just a comfortable place where you can relax and enjoy some good food. I would definitely feel comfortable bringing the kids here. If you've never had a real Chicago-style deep-dish pizza before, Giordano's is definitely worth trying at least once. Come hungry because this pizza is HEAVY! We really enjoyed it and I would order it again.

It's salty and cheesy with just the right amount of sauce. Parma Cotto Parma ham, mozzarella, ricotta cheese If you aren't a fan of tomato sauce, this is a good option. The ham pairs perfectly with the mozzarella and is accompanied by the creamy whipped ricotta. A solid slice.

The first calzone was also really tasty and we were already talking about coming back to try the pizza. The second calzone, however, was a different story. About 20 minutes later, the staff told us they had made it incorrectly. I ordered no peppers, but they removed the pepperoni instead and added peppers. Mistakes happen, so I was fine waiting for a remake. Unfortunately, after another 20-minute wait, I took it to go. When I got home, it was still wrong......they gave me the calzone with peppers anyway. Good food, but waiting 30+ minutes only to receive the wrong order twice really took away from the experience.
