While looking over the menu, our server delivered 4 flutes of persecco to celebrate our joint anniversaries! We were surprised & pleased. After an amazing meal, we all were so full & satisfied that we said no to desserts. Moments later, 5 staff members came to our table with 2 incredible tarts, and sang to us!!! It was such an unexpected gesture that made our celebration all the more special! I come from an Italian family. My grandmother made spaghetti and meatballs from scratch and the sauce would cook for hours. She would never add cream to a marinara or "rustic" tomato sauce. All it needs is tomatoes, garlic, onion, and maybe herbs, but it does not need cream. That was a turn off for me and is a personal preference. Now the chicken itself was seasoned and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It's my favorite chicken parmesan when it comes to the chicken itself. I hope that they'll go back to not putting cream in the tomato sauce, but I would order this again and just get plain noodles next time. This was the only time we have ever been frustrated eating on Disney property, we were just happy the food was great.
