Worst pizza service ever!!! 1 star is too much. Pizza was supposed to be delivered at 6:07 according to the Pizza Hut app. It's now 6:32. I called the first time and the lady on the phone said the pizza will be here in 30 mins. I ask why if the app said 6:07. She then verified my address and said it will be at my house in 15 mins. I asked if my food was still at the business so I can pick it up and she hung up on me. Then I called them back and requested for the manager in which I was transferred to a phone line that rang for 10 mins with no answer. I called back again. The guy that answered placed me on hold and after another 10 minutes they answered and hung up on me. Pizza has yet to be delivered. Now the app says my pizza was delivered and I can't get anyone from Pizza Hut to talk to me. For real WTF!!! Pizza Hut you can count me out. I have been treated so bad for the last time. They don't put any lid for their pasta. It was served in a pizza box ( with no sticker to keep that shut either). The pasta sauce spilled, its freezing cold , and I'm not sure if its even safe to eat due to the fact its missing anything to keep it closed. Called about the issue and the staff were very short and did not see an issue with this. They were quick to interrupt me with their short answers and showed absolutely no concern. Took 1.5 to get my pizza. I left clear instructions and they told me when I called them that they couldn't find my house and there driver left and delivered to other houses. Well when they finally dropped my pizza off it was blazing hot out of the oven. Which obviously means that they had just cooked it and blamed it on the delivery guy that it wasn't delivered on time. My wife called and ordered a pizza from here and they told her it would be about an hour and a half later. An hour and a half later she calls and the lady that picks up says its out for delivery. Thirty minutes after that I call and the lady that picks up says that our order had been canceled 30 minutes earlier, so we waited about 2 hours for nothing and did not get any recourse other than an "I don't really give a shit about y'all at this time" type of apology. First Complaint: Terrible customer service as two guys were extremely rude. Cashier was lazy and his body language was very disrespectful. Other guy in the kitchen ignored me as I repeatedly tried to get his attention to let them know my order was wrong. Pitiful location and the service is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Pizza Hut needs to do better!!! Second Complaint: On multiple occasions pizzas from this specific location have been undercooked. Bottom portion of pies have been extremely too soft and light. I always have to bake it longer inside of my own oven in order to fully cook it through. I also ordered a pasta that included overcooked breadsticks that were hard as stone and visibly burnt. I don't understand how cookers can package food that is undeniably below standards. I deserve a refund for this purchase as I did not enjoy my delivery. read more
