This McD is a bit on the iffy side as there are a lot of beggars around the store. When I mean beggars, I am telling you a lot of homeless and beggars, some with their 4 legged friends in tow. Even at the stop light they were on each corner as if they owned a certain part of the road. The used the drive thru as I was not comfortable getting out of the car. We ordered breakfast for lunch just biscuit with egg and sausage and a side of egg for Cleo. Cleo enjoyed her egg promptly obvious to the surroundings or the wandering pooches. This is one McD where it's best to drive thru and go or lock the car and eat and hopefully not be approached. The food was fine, but the surroundings really would be better if this place had some sort of security. read more

Where to start? I work nearby and rarely eat or review fast food. Quality control and consistency is what I love about McDonalds no matter where I go. This location is atrocious. Always out of syrup for drinks. Food is incredibly terrible. Always! Service is just awful. How can you screw up an order done through the app?! This location must be avoided by all. Truly the worst experience ever of the franchise read more

What rip off!!! Do not be on a diet and eat here!!! I asked for scrambled eggs and 2 orders of bacon, I expected 4 slices of bacon and cooked eggs. How could that go wrong? Egg tasted little pure butter and slimy. The bacon I only got 2 slices of bacon when I expected for 4 slices. Ugh!! Guess I'm going to Jack in Box next time. read more

Eating in the dining room at 15505 Wallisville Rd, when the store manager comes out with a pink fly swatter swatting fly on the front counter, registers and even on the apple pie warmer above the area were the food goes before the expediter puts it in the bag. Did this manager clean after any of her swats, NO. This was reported to the Health Department as well as the complaint line 877-499-0939. I also videotaped it in case she try's to lie her way out of this. read more

NIGHT STAFF: HORRIBLE The food quality and customer service quality is better during the day than at night. Night staff are young and have no cares about the customers, only care about a paycheck, and choose to be on their phone 24/7 rather than paying attention read more

Worst restaurant service ever .. The workers were very rude. Never going back there ever again....

Waiting in the drive through always lasts an eternity. Always long lines witch demonstrates there incompetence to do the job. All fountain drinks taste like shit!!! The management at this McDonald's needs to think more about ensuring the technology the chain has provided for them works. There is nothing nearly as exciting as waiting for an hour to receive your order from the kiosk you have already paid for, and the staff are too busy stumbling over themselves to notice you are the only one without food, trying to get their attention, when actually they are supposed to be bringing the food to you. So, one hour with an angry toddler and a good half hour standing at the counter I finally got our food. They apparently tried. It wasn't the best experience, and certainly not one that fulfills the operating mantra of McD. Moral of this story is at this location, just stick with the counter if you want your food. read more

worst customer service mostly night shift they be taking there sweet time making me think all the employees clocked out and went to lunch .

I came in this morning, almost everything in the menu was out, I was waiting in line for around 5 minutes and no one came to the register to take my order, Also one of the lady's was putting the hash-browns on the rack with her bare hands, I wasn't gonna wait or eat there so I just walked out...... Man, whomever owns this McDonalds, this is a true daycare. All of the workers were kids. Let me start from the beginning. We ordered two filet meals, no salt on the fries, three grilled snack wraps with honey mustard, a coffee, and a frappe. This is where it went wrong. We pulled up to the first window and no one was there. At the second window, it was five teenagers in the window. They were all confused and asking us what we ordered. They did not even realize we had not paid. We repeated our order again again as they were trying to figure out things. They had to make the third snack wrap because they didn't get that on our order. They asked me to pull up to space number two. They told me I was holding up the line. I corrected them letting them know that the hold up was on their end and not ours. When we finally got out food, our sandwiches had more tarter sauce than the actual filet. It was like it was thrown together. All of the snack wraps had ranch instead of honey mustard. I was too frustrated, I asked for all of my money back and didn't want the food anymore. When we went in, I swear I was it high school lunch time. It was literally ran by teenagers. Even the manager (who didn't have any backbone) looked like a teenager as well. There needed to be some adult supervision. SMH We definitely WILL NOT BE back here. read more

Literally the slowest location I have ever been to. Don't waste half your day waiting for 6 nuggets.

Avoid this McDonald's at all cost. There's plenty of other places within half a mile. Last 5 trips here. Food is wrong, not cooked right, cold, out of drinks, takes forever, missing items. Don't ever spend your money or time at this location. Owners need to fix this location. read more

Upon entering, we were greeted e by a pediatric son begging for change. The unit has been removed but the area behind the counter was cluttered, the ice cream machine was broken and the toppings were partially covered. AWFUL service. Ordered my meal in the drive thru, paid for it, get to the pickup window to be told they were out of chicken? Okay. Rude employees that gave me attitude when I just said I wanted my money back. Then a customer's order who ordered ahead of me came back to the window because his order was wrong and the manager basically insulted one of his employees who was taking orders. Rude. Pathetic excuse for a McDonalds. If I could give zero starts I would. read more

Horrible horrible horrible place. Not clean. Not one table--had to ask the clerk to clean a table so I could sit down. Floors, counters were filthy. A real health hazard. Not sure what the bathrooms look liked bc I was afraid to stray away from my friends. It was too late to change my mind about eating there cause I had used the kiosk to order and pay for my food. The food was not hot. The fries had been sitting awhile. Asked the clerk for fresh french fries and by the time they were ready, I had already finished my burger. Not what I expect from McDonald's. A lot of homeless hang around the establishment and use the facility to freshen up. A lady at one table was curling her hair. At another table, a guy was sleeping. Then a guy walks in off the street with 2 styrofoam cups and helps himself to the fountain drinks without paying. I do not recommend this place for dine-in, take-out, or drive-thru. Stay AWAY!!!! Or Stop at your own risk--you have been warn. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would! Worst McDonalds I ever been to. I went there tonight and first they took about 10 minutes to pay for my order. And then another 10 minutes to actually get my food. Once I got the food of course they got it wrong. I had to get down and ask them for a missing burger. When I got down I was informed that they only had one cook working that night. They only had four employees including the cook running the whole restaurant. I just don't know if the management doesn't care or they're just incompetent. After I finally got my food right and was getting ready to eat of course the fries were soggy and greasy. My hot and spicy was wrong and it seemed like it was old, like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for a while. The lettuce was rotting and brown. I will NEVER go to this McDonald's again. I know it's fast food but theirs plenty of places out there that will take my money and provide at least a decent service. read more

I visited this McDonald's last weekend on my way back home to Port Arthur, TX. The drive thru service was horrible. I waited at least 3 minutes before my order was taken. Once my order was taken it took me approximately 3-5 minutes just to pay at the first window. The cashier acted as if she was doing me a favor by reading me the wrong order. Once I got my change back, I waited another 5-8 minutes before pulling up to the second window where your order is supposed to be ready to go. I pull up to the window and WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I literally set there and watched at least 5-8 customers on the inside get their food and leave. One of the workers fixed my drinks and sat them down instead of handing them to me. She could have given me the drinks and stated that there was going to be a wait due to whatever reason. By this time I'm steaming because I had been waiting for 10 minutes at the second window. The female worker gives me my food and says NOTHING!!!!! She didn't apologize for the wait of say have a good night. The ice in my drinks had melted because they were sitting for so long. The customer service at this location is poor and unacceptable!!! I would rather starve than go here!!!! I'm accustomed to over the top customer service at the McDonald's locations in my area (Nederland and Port Arthur, TX)!!! This place is a joke!!!! read more
