Got a half and half last night, didn't expect too much but was pleasantly surprised at how good of a pie it ended up being.

Was supposed to be a medium cheese, ended up being this mess of a pizza with all kinds of toppings I don't enjoy. Not only was the pizza wrong but the presentation a disaster. It looked like someone shook up the box and dropped it upside down. I tried repeatedly to call them but I would get hung up on or just have my calls ignored. So disappointing. read more

Worst service ever! I ordered pizza and when I went to check where it was it was sent to deliver to a different address than what was given to them. I tried calling the store before the pizza left to try and give them the correct address but no one would answer I called 6 times. finally someone answered and said she had to transfer our call to the manager and that was the same number I had called 6 time previously and low and behold no one answered. It resulted in us driving to the house it was sent to and asking for our pizza that was delivered to that house. Luckily the owner of the home was nice and grabbed the pizza and gave it to us. my order can with parmesan cheese on top of the pizza even though it was not on my build your own order called he said that's the way it comes. The staff can't count!!!!!! How hard is it to count "8" wings???!!!! This is the third time I counted 6 and 7 wings ! This time I counted in front of the worker and all he had to say was "we can make more" mmmm hello there's a reason why I called and picked up because I don't have time to wait around another 35 min!!!! Get employees that can at least count up to 8 , because I am sick of getting ripped off by your company!!!! Last time my husband got 14 wings he counted 11!!! $10 any pizza any size any toppings! Only pizza place I have found so far that's affordable with white sauce that doesn't have lemon juice as an ingredient. Very important due to my allergy! Ughhh I definitely do not recommend this place! I got it for my family for dinner and it made us sick! Especially the stuffed cheez it! Was burnt and tasted like they heated it up in the microwave! Only went cuz it's local but I'll definitely drive elsewhere for better customer service and quality considering Melissa the manager wasn't very welcoming. read more

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza three toppings half and half with chicken wings. After placing my ordered i was called and told that their fryer was down so i could bot get my chicken wings. I said that was fine and just to send my pizza. When i recieved my pizza it was inccorect. I ordered half chicken, tomatoes and jalapeno and half chicken, spinach, and mushrooms. I got all chicken, tomatoes and jalapenos. So i called them and told them of the mistake made. They offered to send me a new pizza i said okay. When i recieved my new pizza the toppings were correct but now the pizza was undercooked. The dough was stuck to the box when i went to take a slice out of it. We ordered a Supreme Pizza and I picked it up. They showed me the pizza and there were hardly any toppings on it at all. I told her this and she said there's lots of toppings, but when it cooks it just looks smaller. OMG! Pizza Hut is getting cheap with their toppings and they don't think we know it. The last few times I ordered, something on my order was wrong. Wrong crust, burnt crust. I never called, I just disappointingly ate what I didn't like. Tonight, again, my order was wrong. The driver offered to show me my pizzas when he arrived (on time, mind you), but I politely declined. He had two medium pizzas in his hands with two tubs on wings stacked on top, while trying to juggle the receipts and a pen. I signed the receipt and gave him a tip. As soon as I got the food to my counter and I opened up the pizza box I saw that one of them had the wrong crust. I am sorry, I just do not like deep dish pizza AT ALL. And after a long day of yard work, all I wanted was what I ordered. I called and said it was wrong, and they asked for my ticket number. He said that it was sitting there, and the driver had already left. I went over what the pizza was that was wrong (and was a little irritated that the person kept cutting me off, and reread what I had ordered incorrectly back to me). He said they would remake it and send it right out. I thank him and hung up the phone. And wait....and wait...20 minutes...nothing...30 minutes...nothing. About an hour later I called back and asked nicely when I should expect the replacement. Only to be told to hold on a minute because the "manager had answers". The manager tells me the driver brought the remade pizza out to my house, but that a man answered the door and said that we didn't want the pizza. I told him there was no way that could be true, I was watching my husband change the water in our fish tank the whole time I had been waiting. The manager said that he couldn't just remake another pizza and send it out again. That his driver wouldn't lie to him. He finally relented after seeing that I had NEVER called and complained before and said he would send it out but I told him not to. That I was more upset about the whole situation than anything and just wouldn't be doing business with them in the future. I am just completely floored that someone would LIE about the situation rather than own up to a mistake. That a manager would believe a driver over a customer and say that out loud, implying that the customer is the one lying. Long story short, if you don't mind paying more money for your pizza (because they aren't able to honor a lot of the promotions, they don't make enough to give you a $5 deal, it's a $7 deal) and you don't mind if your pizza isn't exactly what you ordered, then go ahead and give em' a try. read more

Went back to give them another chance as the main offie asked us to as last order they really messed it all up so order today go pick it up and it was wrong again so in my conclusion ordering here is a crap shoot you never know what you are getting. read more
