His traditional and mine without cheese. Both equally satisfying. I don't know for sure but they must have a woodfired pizza oven. If not they have still managed to create that authentic Italian thin pizza oven crust texture. We both kept raving about how delicious the crust was, in addition to the sauce and topping. The arugula/rocket I added was so fresh! And they have a chili infused olive oil that is a must to drizzle all over each bite!!! Would not recommend at all. Save your pizza cravings for when you're back in the states.
