We stopped here on a road trip and were so happy we did! All the Pizza Huts in our town are the take-out kind and this one was a dine-in. The pizza was so fresh and reminded my husband and myself of when Pizza Hut quality was the best. They had excellent deals and the server was the absolute nicest! Okay, just exactly what is the deal?! I bought a thin, crispy two weeks ago- ordering extra pepperoni and extra sauce, paying extra for both. What I got was a circle of flat bread with cheese and pepperoni (a faint tint of sauce on it - though I paid for extra). I promised myself I'd never buy from them again. Today, I relented and decided to try it again- paying for both extra sauce and pepperoni... AGAIN it had but a microscopic layer of f'ing sauce on it!!! Absolutely inedible! A nasty, burnt cracker with cheese and pepperoni! Is the cook dyslexic and can't see the screen when making the order? Are you trying to cut corners in this economy? I NEVER leave reviews either good or bad but this time I will. The manager needs to fix whateve is going on with the orders there. Who wants to pay 20 bucks for and eat a pizza with no sauce! My 2 children and i went in tonight and were greeted upon quickly. The waitress was extremely rude. We dont come here that often (since our old waitress kristen quit-she was the best) anyways this waitress was rude and on her phone. While the ither employees in the back were singing and the manager wasnt doing anything. 1 star. I highly dont recommend. read more

Terrible! We went there recently for an evening buffet. It was maybe 515 when we got there. There is only 2 tables seated. The salad bowl is totally empty. The waitress (the only one) was like "oh, it is?" I worked at a Pizza Hut a few years back and it is the servers jobs to make sure the salad bar is stocked. But how, after only 15 minutes after the buffet started and with only 2 tables seated could you not know that your salad bar is not properly stocked? And there was no Caesar salad either. The waitress' excuse? "We don't put Caesar out in the evening." Seriously? I may be able to overlook this if it was a non buffet evening. The Caesar can only be on the salad bar I believe it's 2 hours. But none on a buffet night? She offered to bring me Caesar dressing. Ha! To put on what? The salad bowl is empty as well! Ugh. I went to the manager and he had no idea what the hell was going on. He later brought the Caesar out. We had our pizza and a few more tables came in. When we left there was almost nothing left on the buffet with no sign of any more coming out. I went here because they are one of the few locations left with a salad bar. I'll think twice before making that mistake again. read more

This store does not offer delivery but their take out is always excellent. When they did not give us the extra marinara cup we had paid for they kindly offered us a credit for our next purchase (as we were already home with our pizza and didn't want to drive back for one cup.) Very satisfied with their service and I will continue to buy pizza here. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, the worst experience Ive ever had at a Pizza Hut, I waited 45 plus minutes for my pizza and I asked for refills two different times and never received it, being the only customer in the building, I expect better service. read more

Terrible service and upkeep--For 20 minutes, I waited for a Sosa refill while the server enjoyed her own Lunch and the other co-worker talked on cellphone her personal stuff. Both were working and not on a break. This place sucks in terms of cleanliness, the tables and floor were dirty. read more
