Cooked with a little char from the high heat oven House Special Pizza was good but nothing super special. Had some good flavor with a bit of weird after taste. Perhaps the pre-cut onion & bell pepper was the culprit but not quite sure. Didn't have much spice in the sauce but the pepperoni/sausage combo was spot on and just the right amount of cheese. Thought about dessert but opted not. Overall I like the amount of toppings to the fresh made pizza but the lingering after taste needs to go away. Better to use the fresh sliced toppings for these pizzas. Pre cut just doesn't have the same flavor.

Smitty's pizza was what you remember Pizza Hut being like in the 90s. Service was very fast and friendly and our waitresses was great. Nothing about the pizzas just wow you or blow you out of the water, but they are consistently good cheesy pizzas. The restaurant was clean and busy for a Saturday night, but we had our food within 20 minutes of ordering. Great place to watch the game and have a brew with friends.

When we were walking in 4 of the staff was out side around the back of the building and the smell of weed would knock you down. After about a few minute wait a server appeared from the back and seated us. After we were seated the boys were at a table and the 4 adults at a table. The waitress was taking our drink order and another employee brought her the phone. After she finished the phone conversation the waitress came up very politely and said the owner said the boys had to sit at the able with us. We were being watched on a security camera. Now mind you we were the only people in the whole restaurant and our kids were less than 15 feet away. Three of the bigger boys were going to sit at a table right next to us with only a walk way in between and we was then told they either had to be at the table with us or an adult had to sit at the able with them even though we could literally touch them. The server was very polite and was very apologetic about the situation and said they have been having lots of complaints lately. I can see why and the fact that you can't do half pizzas anymore. This place has went down hill in so many ways since they moved locations. We have been enjoying Smitty's for many many years and ever since they moved the place and atmosphere has changed drastically and not in a good way. The sad part is for the staff who works there trying to make a living and the owner pulls crazy stunts like this that the server has to implement.

You can find some good flavors here such as their Louisiana Amber Ale which is a local pale ale. Pretty smooth and easy to sip. As for food, I've only had their pretzel bites and boneless wings. The pretzel bites are tasty with the beer cheese and spicy mustard dips. The boneless wings are basic chicken bites you can buy at the store. They have a variety of sauces/rubs you can use such as the Korean BBQ, Garlic Parm, and Cajun styles. I haven't tried their pizza yet but that will be in the cards the next time I'm here. Located in Bossier City, it's along the barksdale boulevard with the other restaurants/bars so it's a nice option for some hand crafted brews and pizza should you be in the mood for it. The regulars and local citizens here swear by this spot and for good reason.

The restaurant, itself, was quiet when we went but we went right when they opened. It appears they have a small arcade style space and the benches were really nice.
