When our server checked on us, I explained what was wrong. She didn't respond, so I asked for a discount, which she did apply. She then explained she was the only one working the floor and they were short-staffed. I also spoke with the manager, who brushed off my concerns. She insisted the Pepsi was fine and said the discount was enough compensation. I later emailed her and have still not received a reply.
