Obviously, as is the case with most chain restaurants, the food was prepped in advance, as evidenced by the chewy boneless wings in our order (which came with sauce and fries). The food arrived hot but was served in a plastic bowl on a small sheet of waxed paper. However, the paper soon went soggy, which meant you end up eating pieces of it along with your food. Regarding the service, we asked our server for ketchup and extra napkins but they did not arrive until we were nearly finished eating. Bill ($52.00 with tip and tax sans booze) seemed high, but our server had disappeared inside the darkened restaurant, never to return, so we could not easily request an itemized receipt.
