I had to share my experience and this is a fine place to do it. I have to ring in on something new at McDonald's. The patties are no longer frozen. They come pre-made, fresh and never frozen. I got a heads up on this before the company when public. This is not your dad's Quarter Pounder. There is a new flavor and a new consistency to this patty. This flavor is a real departure from the QP of the past. I liked it a lot. When I then asked to speak to the REAL manager he told me her name was Sade Williams. I then tried calling the phone # she provided to me and I could not get thru. I drove off without getting my onion rings and pulled on the side of the road and called the phone # again that she provided. WELL of course, she gave me the wrong #. I then googled Burger King Corporate ofc. and found the correct #. I called and filed a complaint on her and then went back into Burger King and asked for management and told him not only did she give me a false name but also gave me the wrong # to Corporate. Unwilling to reach a resolution, the SM banned me from that particular location. Keep in mind, I purchase sandwiches at least three times a week if not more and I can provide bank statements to prove it. Subsequently, I asked the SM for contact information to corporate and/or the owner so he/she can hear my legitimate complaints, dates and times of the aforementioned shrinkage, etc. and she refused. In an effort to make matters worse, she informed me that this complaint/feedback, I'm taking my time to compose, will be re-routed to her without a resolution. How does a patron become banned for filing a complaint, providing constructive criticism, offering valuable operating practices in the absence of her presence, shrinkage, unprofessionalism, etc.? I had to make a few laps to get a pump, there is a entrance / exit off Highway 14 and another on the side road so there was lots of traffic entering and exiting and not a lot of parking area which has a narrow path through the property. I had no issues but it's important to pay attention to those drivers not paying attention. The pump islands were pretty well maintained and everything worked fine including the receipt dispenser. It's a pretty good option although there are others in the area if this place seems backed up...
