May I start by saying I work in the food industry and know that customer satisfaction comes first,,after all they are the ones who pay my wage! Recently my friend and I went to Pizza Delight in Penetanguishene we both enjoyed the new grill bread bar, and were offered a Caesar salad along with our meal for the low price of $2.99. My friend received her main meal, which was over cooked and very dry,(lasagna) she asked to waitress to take it away, and she did not feel like having anything else. The bill arrived, we looked it over,,,that's when we saw that she had been charged $6.49 for the Caesar salad (which came with her meal for only $2.99) She got up to ask why she had been charged this price,,that's when it got nasty,,,she talked to a young man at this point, who told her that the computer would not let them fix the bill, then he left and got another young man,,,he first off asked my friend is she was "the Caesar salad" and that the computer wouldn't allow them to change the bill, its not that she refused to pay, she was willing to pay the $2.99, after all , it wasn't her fault that the main meal was dried out,,,the young man argues with her that the meal was just fine,,,and that she should pay for her salad,,,the point was,,if the salad hadn't have been $2.99 she wouldn't have had one,,,so back and forth they went,,the young man getting madder by the minute,,,I went to see what was going on,,at this point he wanted my friends name,,she refused to give it to him, and asked why her name was so important,,after all its about customer service,,,so since she wouldn't give her name, and not take her money,,,he there fore kicked her out and told her she was not welcome to come back,,,,all I can say is they must be so busy that they don't want new people going in there,,,getting treated like that is bothersome,,since I know what it takes to keep your customers happy and COMING BACK We will not be going there for dinner again,,,which is too bad,, read more
