Not as good as the last time...we don't order Pizza often, dietary restrictions, but our son-in-law had been going there weekly...so, on this friday, my husband ordered over the phone and went to pick it up. We like thin crust, but this pie was underbaked. There were sufficient toppings but the sauce seemed a little bland. I took the three ends, but not much 'crunch' ...the cheese topping was plentiful. Food was meh. It wasn't great pizza, but it was edible. The fried pickles are mostly breading. The part that got me was when I called in and ordered, they are having a special on pizzas (I can't remember what it was exactly now) and the person who took my order didn't tell me. So we ordered a medium pizza and when I went to pick it up, it was more expensive than the large would have been because of the specials. Never tried pizza cottage before. They put this new one in Grove City and we thought we would give it a shot. We were not impressed. The pizza wasn't anything special at all. It was just ok. Nothing stands out about it. The BLT sun was pretty good. I'm kind of a sucker for BLT anything. The Italian sub was average. All in all it was just ok. There are so many other pizza places around that we really like so I doubt we will go back. read more

We went on a Friday night with a party of 9 and we were sat within 10 minutes. There were only a handful of other tables and I was shocked for prime dinner time on a Friday- until we ordered. We ordered a couple pepperoni pizzas and appetizers, boneless wings, and a burger. They brought the food out randomly and not all together, which was strange. One person got their food 30 minutes before the next and the cheeseburger took another 30 minutes after that. Food was decent, just wish we could have all enjoyed dinner together instead of intermittently over an hour time span. Pickerington is a farther drive, but we've never had these kinds of issues there. read more

I really enjoyed my visit here. Delicious pizza that took me by surprise since I've never been to one before. We also got the works without mushroom and that was just as good. The one major downfall was the appetizers came out after the pizza was served which was a disappointment. We got the jalapeño popers and moserella sticks for the appetizers. Service was fantastic! Our waiter was very friendly and polite. We ordered a cheese pizza and a sweet tai chili pizza. They were both really flavorful. The only take back was that the crust was really thin and crisp (which is not my favorite type of pizza, personally). Our children loved the cheese pizza and my husband and I thought the spicy tai chicken pizza was really flavorful and had a little kick to it (which we loved). We will definitely be back to try the other types of pizzas (there are a lot of different types, which makes it really fun). read more

Since Pizza Cottage began using DoorDash for deliveries, it is yet another local pizza joint that has good pizzas that I'm crossing off my list. I guess the concept of getting a pizza delivered is being discouraged these days. I don't care how good your food is, if you choose to use a third-party deliverer and they constantly deliver cold, soggy pizza that has been sitting for 30 minutes, it REFLECTS ON PIZZA COTTAGE, not DoorDash. Several other Grove City businesses have also gone this route with poor results. I'm done with Pizza Cottage after tonight's debacle. read more

Decided to check the Pizza Cottage out today. Not very many people there. We ordered a medium 1/2 pepperoni/mushroom and 1/2 peppers/mushrooms. Also got a garlic cheese bread. The garlic cheese bread was pretty good, plenty of cheese on top. The star of it was the dipping sauce, had crushed tomatoes with a nice spice in it. The pizza was a little too thin for me, a good amount of cheese which could have been cooked just a little longer, good amount of mushrooms, the pepperoni they are using had very little flavor to it. It curled up like Ezzo's but no taste. On to service which was totally lacking. Not a whole lot of people in the place but the servers were all out of site the majority of the time. Our server Justice went missing after delivering the check, another server went by us a number of times and finally asked where our server was. She finally tracked her down so we could pay our bill. Also be aware they have a supply chain surcharge they add to your bill. read more

I really was a bad kid growing up so maybe I kicked this waitress's dog or something at some point. I had to go to the bar and grab our own drink because the lady just never brought them. When I tried to get her attention I feel like she deliberately ignored me based on her face. then all other new tables got their beverages very quickly while we sat there with nothing. The food in my opinion was a little below average. Our food was Luke warm I'm guessing due to this ladies lack of attention to us. Trying to pay to leave was slow as well. I would only recommend this place to someone I secretly didn't like. To sum this all up. I hope this owner doesn't have insurance here and something terrible happens to the building where it cannot open for business again. read more

I decided to check Pizza Cottage. Ordered pickup drive thru and it was ok. Online order said 35 minutes it will be ready and it was. I ordered 10" pepperoni pizza with Sicilian thick crust $11.99, chocolate chip cookie $2.99 I think and cheesy garlic bread with extra pizza sauce and garlic sauce. Totaled around $21.00 with tax, no tip since I picked it up. Friendly staff. Food was hot and fresh but didn't impress me. Pizza sauce was weak and somewhat watered down, crust was over cooked and dry in both pizza and cheesy garlic bread. When website said well done I didn't think it would be dry, blackened crust. The cheese, pepperoni slices and garlic butter sauce was nice. The taste just didn't impress me enough to desire to come back. Maybe nice for others but not me. read more

This is the first review I have ever posted on Yelp, but I felt compelled to share our very bad experience. Save your money and go somewhere else. We thought we would try the new Pizza Cottage in Grove City with such high reviews but it was a big expensive mistake. The pies are smaller and double the price of Domino's, Papa John's and Donato's, but if it was as good as the reviews it should be worth it. It was horrible and we will be throwing the pizza in the trash, which is unheard of in our family. We devour cheap frozen pizzas in one sitting but we have over half of each 2 smallish 14" pizzas. Like I said, going in the trash. We ordered the Mexican pizza with the standard crust and a pepperoni pizza with the thicker crust. Either way the crust was as hard and tasteless as the box it came in. I was not able to cut either with a table fork or knife. The Mexican pizza was so tasteless that we had to cover it with sriracha and sour cream to eat the few pieces we did struggle to eat. All I can say is how do you screw up a pepperoni pizza so bad that early 20 year olds don't want it. I recommend avoiding this place when you get the urge to have a pizza. It would not be hard to find better pizza. read more

I ate at Pizza Cottage twice today. The first time was with my co-workers. We ordered a BLT Pizza. That was amazing! The price for the Pizza was very reasonable. The second time my family and I ate it for dinner. This time it was much different. I ordered 3 personal Pizzas. We got a Mexican Pizza, All the Way , and a Pepperoni. I asked for Black Olives and Sour Cream on my Mexican Pizza. I didn't get them. I also ordered a Chef Salad with Chicken. I didn't get that. In addition, I also ordered 2 Reese's Peanut Butter Cookies. I didn't receive them either. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I got home. By then it had been an hour since I picked up the order. I also ordered Jalapeno Poppers and an Italian Sub. All of the food tasted great. It would've been nice to receive everything though. The location was quite busy. I had to wait in the drive-thru for a bit. No big deal. This will be my go to for Pizza from now on. I'll just have to make sure I don't leave without my entire order. read more
