We had dinner delivered to our hotel room. 45min wait on a Friday night, not too bad! Garden pizza was totally different than anything we've tried before. It was good but I think we both would prefer the option of choosing a different pizza to use as the base. Cheesy bread was yummy especially with the pizza dipping sauce. Wings were good and bigger than most pizza places seem to be serving lately. Cinnasweets bread was a good ending, only wish it had a thinner crust. Our family of four stopped here on a road trip and I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. Their take on the chicken burrito was creative and delicious. The bbq chicken pizza was great as well with crispy bacon on top. My kids got a hot dog and cheese pizza and my son finished his hot dog in about 3 minutes! He then continued by eating a slice of my daughter's cheese pizza and all of her crust. Highly recommend and will keep this place in mind for another road trip out that way. read more

Passing thru Pioneer, Ohio and stopped here for pizza. If my eyes had been closed, I would not have known what I was even eating. The crust was flat tasting and not a doughy consistency. The sauce was not sweet or spicy or even tomato flavored. The ground beef was a cheap cut and without flavor, although plentiful. The green pepper was crunchy, as though put on after baking. The remaining items were okay and plentiful. Cheese was flavorless, partly because it was skimpy. I hope people in this lovely community have somewhere else to get pizza. read more

Pizza Barn is great! Family owned. The present one who runs it was actually one of my boyfriend's teachers in high school. We called to place an order today. The order taker answered the phone with "You just called the Pizza Barn in Pioneer. Did you intend to do that?" I replied "Yes". The order taker continued with "There is no order history with this number and we want to be sure it is legitimate." We have two cell phones with "foreign" area codes because we moved here four months ago. I was warned that everyone in Pioneer is suspicious of new people in town. Today I experienced it. This was our 5th time ordering from Pizza Barn. I had to give the order taker my address even though we were picking up the order. We were told it would be 35 minutes yet when we walked in the door at the appointed time our pizza had not even been made yet. Pizza Barn is anything but welcoming to new residents and they don't seem to care if you frequent their business or not. I am thankful we live in the country six miles outside of Pioneer village limits (but still have a Pioneer address, unfortunately). read more

Gave this a try on a recommendation from a friend, called a pizza in and they had just taken it out when we got there. It had been in to long and was quite burned. Employees tried to get us to take it anyway which was not happening. They did remake it after we refused the burned one.
