I enjoyed this place. Apple Maps had me nearby (shocker) so when I called to ask where the store was, the person over the phone was extremely nice and helped me get there. I was greeted when I walked in and felt welcome. A friend of mine told me about the store so I thought I knew what to expect but boy was I wrong. More options in there than I'd prepared for. Seemed like they had everything anyone would need. If I had more time, I'm sure I would've spent an hour or two in there. read more

They have so many things. Books, intense, herbs, crystals, pendents, sculptures, candles, etc. the staff were great. They didn't follow you asking "you need help, you need help" every second but helped when asked for help. Eveything is super reasonably priced too. Vibes were great upon entry! I was greeted with a smoked face (under the mask of course lol) and asked for assistance. Celeste (sorry if I spelled it wrong lol) was AMAZING. She was so kind and patient with me. She educated me on so much, pertaining to why I was there in the first place, though others where there, she still assisted them, and took her time with me. She was very thorough in all her explanation! She understood my desires and was just all around pleasant. I cannot express how warm I felt! She was just that sweet, meek and pleasant! I wanted to talk to her longer, I promise I did. I was just so intrigued with her knowledge and inviting aura. This place is hard to find and not in the safest area; however, they have lots of beautiful treasures to choose from. You could literally spend a lot of time just exploring. I do feel it's a bit expensive in comparison to other stores. I like the fact they do readings there as well. I have been going to Pixie's for years and the owner Jewels and staff are very knowledgeable, welcoming, and all around magickal individuals. They have a wide range of spiritual products, my favorite sections are the herb room, tarot nook, and crystal gallery. They also have readers and energy workers, as well as community events throughout the month and wheel of the year. On solstices and equinoxes they have festivals with local artist and venders and a community open ritual on the back patio. Pixie's Intent is a charming little shop. They have a pretty nice selection of crystals for a decent price. The only problem I have with it is that there are little to no things relating to my practice there. There is an abundance of Norse, ATR, and Wicca related items but I have found very few Hellenic or Roman pieces and nothing in relation to Satanism, specifically theistic Satanism. The herbs are a bit pricey, but the chime + seven day candle selection and incense will always keep me coming back. Their tarot card selection is nice too. I would love to throw my money at them if there was more that pertained to my practice! I rate 3/5 because as I have come more frequently I've had a hard time finding things relating to my practice, and some of the items are a little bit pricey (saw small wooden bowls for $15, bulk herbs are expensive et ). However, the atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. read more

I have been to another store of this nature in Houston, and it couldn't compete with how the energy is in Pixie's Intent. Immediately waking in I felt very safe and comfortable as well as being informed it's okay to ask questions if I needed help. It just felt so warm and welcoming in this store in general, but the employees just make it even better. All the employees are so nice and knowledgeable. I love that it's a locally owned store as well. They have everything one would need for their practice. I mean the selection of everything from crystals to clothes to things like candles and herbs they have it. Whether your practice is dirty or nature focused or you like a little bit of it all they have the small stuff and the big stuff. Don't forget to get on the list for a reading as well so you can shop around while you wait for your turn. That being said the wait it never a long one. They also host events regularly if you check their Facebook or give them a call they can tell you all about them. This is easily my favorite store in Houston and the surrounding areas. read more

Everyone here seemed so kind and happy to be here. The vibes were definitely very positive when I came in, and the staff was incredibly helpful when I had questions about their stock. Their selection is great and the prices are very reasonable. I also love that they print the name of the stones/crystals you buy on your receipt because I have a huge stone collection and sometimes I lose track of what I've purchased! The staff member even cleansed my stones on a piece of selenite at checkout, which is so very thoughtful! I definitely want to visit again because it feels good to shop local and to actually be able to buy witchy products in purpose. This cute little shop is tucked away in a strip of other shops off Fondren. I almost didn't find it! I just stopped by after work to check out what they had. It has a good selection of different books, stones, trinkets, decor and other miscellaneous items for whatever it is you desire for your pagan or metaphysical lifestyle. They also seem to host events there such as meditation classes and yoga. The lady who helped me was very nice. I intend on going back when I have more time to search all their little rooms of things! read more

I have been to this store 3 times. None of the times have been a good experience. First, the store is small, and it is not well organized. I do like the events that happened on the back of the store and I might go back for those, but not for the store itself. The first time I went the store was very loud. Not due to customers however, it was the people that were at the registers. I got the impression that one of the two people was the owner. These types of stores work with energy and feel, and the energy that I felt was not good. They have good products, I just don't think they are as knowledgeable as other stores in town. The second time I went I was just not treated very well. Same with the third time, and they did not have what I was looking for. Putting up with attitude and in the end not finding what I was looking for, pushed me to not go again. On top of that I asked them a question on Facebook and the answer was EXTREMELY disrespectful. That was the end for me. The store itself is a nice store, but unfortunately the staff does not make it welcoming. There are better stores in Houston that have a lot better energy. read more
