Of cpurse that meant keeping a dead tree in my yard for a few month and then they would ask me to mail it in! Often it was a large tree and mailing it would be a hassle not to mention quite pricey. Pixies Gardens take complaints within first two weeks and actually issue replacement. The remaining 3 trees are thriving. Shipping was fast, packaging great and quality of the trees is excellent.

It was shown with a decorative pot and clearly stated to be appropriately 18" tall. The plant that I received was 24" tall and the pot was not as shown, different size and no decoration. Tried numerous times to contact them both by phone ( they never answer and their mail box was always full) and emails. They did acknowledge my emails by return emails stating that they would get back to me but never did. All I wanted to do was to return the plant but never received the information to do so. I would not buy anything from them through their website. If you go in person you may get what you want but don't trust them otherwise. Very unprofessional and unethical business.

My husband worked directly with Jennifer. She was knowledgeable, kind, respectful and thorough. Once a plan was made they recommended other contractors to cut down the oak tree and extend our retaining wall, and repair our irrigation system. All three were excellent. The crew from the nursery came one day to take out all the old bushes (they worked very hard) then came back the next day to work their magic! By the end of the day, our yard was incredible! Another landscaper working across the street asked to take pictures he was so impressed! Their prices were very reasonable and their designs, plants and landscaping mulch and rocks were beautiful! As we walked to the open gate and saw several patrons inside, a young woman looked at us and quickly rushed over to lock the gate, turned and walked away without a word. Again we didn't know it closed at 4 since there were cars parked out front and people inside and it was our first time visiting. A "simple sorry guys we're closing" would have been an option, now we won't be back. Too bad as it looked very cute and we ended up leaving there and heading to Pike after we identified a pollinator plant outside their gates.
