If i could give them zero stars I would. Absolute nightmare. I've been working with them since November trying to get my website complete and it has been a dreadful experience. I can never get into contact with my account manager and am constantly given the run around. I really wish I read these reviews before had. Getting even the most minor changes done on my website is constant uphill battle. I asked them If i could have someone come to their office and sit with a designer and complete my website and they refused to set up a meeting. Extremely sketchy. The templates they use are from wordpress, nothing is really custom. Logo designs are extremely basic and under whelming. PLEASE PLEASE do not give this business your money. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. read more

I bought a .com for my company through them with the package I bought. When they didn't deliver what I paid them for they tried to charge me $1,000.00 to buy my own .com to be able to use Godaddy as my host. SCAMMERS STAY AWAY. read more

Unprofessional, unresponsive and fraudulent. First of all, I wish I had read the reviews about as the other stories I read are all too familiar. My business partner and I have had a terrible experience with PIxels and I am posting this with the hope that other future clients will read our reviews and not make our mistake. We ordered a website design package for $1050 in November, 2017. We received a logo but still have not launched or been given access to our website. The company states "5 day turn around time for websites" . We have been in near daily contact with the company yet our website still has not launched. When we asked to speak to a supervisor we were denied this request multiple times and told "don't worry about it. It's being taken care of." Our communication with our "team'' has been incredibly unclear and inconsistent, they have asked for basic information including our domain name 5 times over the last week and stated "your website will be live within 24 hours" nearly daily for the last week. When we requested a refund for the services we have not received (we have only received a logo valued at $45 and were willing to pay for this) we were told this was "impossible". A few resources for other frustrated Pixels Customers; Federal Trade Commission-investigates fraudulent businesses, you can quickly and easily file a complaint online https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov The Better Business Bureau-you can file a complaint, protect other consumers and they can even advocate for a refund https://www.bbb.org/ You can also contact your attorney general for your state or small claims court. Not receiving a service that you have ordered is considered fraud. read more

This company may be the worst company I have ever worked with. They were very quick to send an invoice and answer calls the next day. After that it turned out to be a nightmare. The first several rounds of logos looked like they were very old fashioned and country. I then had to design the logo myself, and send them the pieces to assemble. This defeated the purpose of hiring someone to design us a logo. I gave them specific instructions which they seemed unable to follow, which only made things more frustrating. Anytime I tried to contact them with a question, the 'account' manager named Isabella and another person named Alex would state they would get back in touch with you the following day, only never to do so. When we would try to call back several times or email, they would go unanswered. This company is just a massive headache and a joke. They are so bad in fact, that we are not using 4-5 of the services we have already paid for. We'd rather just lose the money then deal with them any further. I completely regret ever contacting this company. Do not believe the fake reviews they display on their website. read more

Mailing address is a virtual post box, and is not registered with California's Secretary of State. Live chat representatives won't give any more information about the company registration. Also apparently doing business as 29DesignX, Universal Logo Designs, and claim they are affiliated with GoDaddy and Gandi SAS (who disavow any such claims). I recommend that you avoid like the plague and stick with reputable and registered businesses. They're also spamming via text msg. read more

worst place ever! i cannot stress enough how terrible this company is. our company paid them over 2000.00 and they never finished the work, what they did was mediocre, and i had to repeatedly call and email to get anything done. waste of time, they are on lemon avenue for a reason....what a waste of time, money and stress. over a year and a half of working to finish a website that i do not have. the logo was done and it was ok. i cannot believe these people actually make a living doing this. worst company and group of people ever. read more

I wish I could give less stars. The worst business EVER! I waste an enormous amount of time with them. They are unresponsive. They never really answer your questions. Its a scam run out of the UAE. All the names of the people are false and it just the worst service ever. I will say that the design results have been good but getting to them is unbearable. So this is our last time EVER working with them. PLEASE HEAR MY WARNING - GO ELSEWHERE! read more

Worst company I have ever done business with. Complete mistake ever even giving them a chance. Lesson learned. Go local. Go with someone who has a reputation they care about. Go with someone who does what they say they will do. read more

You will initially talk to a Sales Manager and then your account will be handed over to a Support Manager. From there you will given a designated project/account manager (sometimes more than one) who mysteriously doesn't work there months later. The problem is their services are overpriced, they sell services that are beyond their skill set, they do not know how to discipline themselves to get the work done is a realistic turn around time, and do not communicate well. They will fall off the face of earth and choose not to reply. Refunds are bogus so do not count on them. They will take your money and run. If you ask me, I think the support manager is the owner and he has hired close friends and family that work in the garage. I think their names are bogus American alias. They have a Maryland phone number but sound very Middle Eastern. The voices sound very similar. I will be taking legal action which may turn into a class action lawsuit if any one else wishes to join forces to prevent others from being taken advantage of. Email me at stopscammingtakeactionatgmailcom. I am filing a fraud dispute with my bank and filing a compliant with the BBB. read more

I took their services for video animation for which they charged me heavily. Very unprofessional firm. They talk alot and do little. I pressued me to go for 4 videos and pay upfront - but luckily I didn't - paid for one and never got it. The designer simply kept sending me the same version without my requested edits. Work was full of errors, its like she never checked herself without sending me. And then the circus starts - I start getting NON STOP calls on my number from their agency: if I cancel once they keep calling one miss call after the other. Without delivering my first video they started non-stop calls asking me to pay for the second and start the second video. With this much harassment I had to stop entertaining these people in any way. My advice DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CONTACT: They are unprofessional and wont even set an appointment time to contact you. You can find better agency online then these who will charge you even less than what these guys fraud you with. read more

I wish I had read these reviews before paying Pixels to create my logo. It has been a surreal experience so far. The website is (ironically since they sell website building services) so poorly built that I could not even place my order there - the guy on chat did it for me. Once the order was placed, the website was, again, so un-intuitive that the same guy I was still on chat with had to walk me through how to just get to entering my design details. I did that and within two days had five logos to look at - this was great! I loved one of them, but wanted to just replace one color with another - very simple. Nope, in two days I got logos back with (oddly) only half of the instances of this color replaced with another. I have now emailed, since no one is on chat or the phones, to say the revision was not correctly done and we'll see what I get. I am hoping I didn't just throw my money into a pit of despair - very amateurish so far and feels like this is being outsourced to people whose first language is not English because my instruction was so simple that I don't know what else it could be. read more

I am having a similar experience as another person who wrote a review. When I first started working with Pixels Logo, their service was great. They were super quick sending me an invoice, really friendly and seemed professional. After I paying the invoice, they got a little less friendly, took a long time to get my design. When it was taking longer than expected and I contacted them to inquire, I was greeted with an attitude. Finally after 4 weeks, I was emailed preliminary designs and was asked what details to put on a letterhead and business cards. I have responded to that email 3 times with all the information, it has been 3 weeks and no one has responded back to me at all. I have tried to call and chat and am told that someone will call me, but no one does. So I have paid for a service and still have not received what I have paid for and it's going on 5 months. This is the worst customer service ever. Don't waste your money. Pixels Logo Design is not professional at all. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more
