Pure snake oil, uncaring treatment of patients, particularly elderly ones…read more Unfortunately, the physiatrist M.D. Dr. Montag is not an orthopedic certified specialist, just a gel shot giver, which apparently is where the money is---but not any diminishment of pain. Xrays and ultrasounds should have been given to identify the best courses of pain eradication, such as cortisone, for eg., but never were...leaving the pain to worsen and worsen and the patient to lose leg/knee function. Nor was there ever a shred of follow-up. As a result, our elderly parent was basically left to rot. We had the misfortune of dealing with another member of this practice, a Dr. Jendreck, and remember his having the hateful, uncaring attitude that advanced PT, necessary time at an in-patient rehab hospital, learning to use a cane, training in how to climb steps, and treatment for excruciating pain and leg swelling following a brutal fall were hardly necessary, because, in his mind, since our parent was already nearly 90 years old, it wasn't worth his time or effort! Really? Our elderly parents and grandparents deserve much better care, respect, professionalism, and dignified, compassionate treatment than what we experienced from his horrid excuse for a practice!!

The door was open but no one was about. I walked through the office calling out and eventually a gentleman came out from the back gymnasium and said the entire staff was undergoing training. He took wife's name and number with a promise to have have someone call. They never called. On Tuesday she spoke with someone from the Englewood office who promised to call back regarding insurance coverage. Again no call back. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I, trying to show Im a person that will work with them said sure. Then a day later they called to change the time of said appointment AGAINI said sure. The day of my appointment I was running 4-6 minutes behind then I saw the building at the same time I received a call how far away I was I then reiterated I'm kn your parking lot parking the lady ate desk told me to hold on. When the receptionist came back she informed me that they had to cancel my appointment. Remember the day They initially canceled I had to cancel a showing of a house I'm selling. So I lost a possible sale, a 3 to 6 minute run around and no appointment AT ALL. THAT WAS UN PROFESSIONAL AND UN-CONCERNED WITH MY things to do. I felt if I was kind enough and they NEVER even consdidered my needs and a NEW customer they could have handled the patient needs just as I was patient to their needs. I will not ever use their services and making possible patient aware of their uncaring attitude. I gave one star cause again I'm a gentleman. Think twice.

I was miserable two days ago but I went to pt hoping I would feel better. NEVER has it opened without shots or surgeries!! When I got there I was so miserable & Shayna (my PT) got it opened!!!! Today I went and she got my jaw to open double the amount they could even open under anesthesia!! I have never had it open this much in 25 yrs!! She really is amazing!!!!
