My mother had been here two times previously in the past week and sent home with a prescription for pain saying there's nothing wrong with her. Fast-forward one week when she is in excruciating pain and we take her to Geisinger community Hospital in Scranton and they found that she has a broken bone in her spine. They also found she has an infection and a couple other issues that need to be addressed, but we're completely ignored and dismissed by the other hospital. We are considering legal action due to the negligence of the hospital, doctors and staff.

Update, the continued to poke her couldn't find a good vein. Than they found ONE left they didnt blow so they were supposed to give her fluids threw it since it was weak. The ignorant nurse took blood work and guess what ? Blew the vein. So after 4.5 hours my daughter got traumatized with absolutely no relief....they should be ashamed. A 6 year old with influenza A and couldnt get a damn fluid bag. They cared about money, not my poor daughter
