I did so, and went just twice weekly... ($30 adds up quickly!) Each visit they charged me that, and I was never told of an issue. At the end of all scheduled appointments, I was advised to continue with Fyzical on a weekly basis. It was at this time, (after three months) that the front desk advised me the copay had actually been $75 all along, and that I owed them a large balance. Apparently they had gotten it wrong and decided to just let me go into debt instead of saying anything. Now I'm stuck with a bill over $600. I should have just learned some exercises on YouTube. NOT WORTH IT!!!!

PT department has a good environment and caring staff!…read more There are no signs or directions to the PT department on the outside door of entry and none in the hallway leading to the PT department. The parking lot has very few handicapped parking spaces. The entry to the building has a sensor on the right of the building. which opens the door to the left side of the building which is approximately 6 feet away. When the floors are wet due to the weather it is slippery which could lead to falls.
