I was in pain after every session and communicated this to the therapist. After 7 sessions I had to stop. Just walking was a challenge and I had to use a cane. A beach vacation was completely ruined and they refuse to compensate me in any way. 5 weeks later, I am starting to get back to normal and work with a different PT group. STAY AWAY FROM AQUACARE!

The billing staff had no interest in even discussing the bill with me. I would not have scheduled 2 sessions per week if I had known the true cost! Interesting that it wasn't until I was done that I received my bill. They are very quick to sue over amounts under $1000!! This company is not trustworthy, bordering on fraudulent.

They were very cautious but new exactly what exercise for me to do and how hard to push. Molly, T, Kelvin, Matt and Mac were exceptional. It is a great and friendly atmosphere where it is actually very fun to work on your recovery. I highly recommend this practice and will use them the next time I need PT. The ATI team in OC, Kelvin, Molly, T and Mac are consummate professionals. I mention team because they all work cohesively and are so good at what they do. While you are assigned your own physical therapist the other PT's are aware of your situation and can assist in your progress, as well. They don't skip a beat. They make the hard work fun and rewarding. I am so grateful to have had them for my post op care. I am happy to say that with their expertise and my hard work, the new knee is working so well and has gone beyond my expectations.
