I witnessed a patient going off on the nurses and they never lost their cool with her. The insurance person and nurses listened to her concerns and kindly responded to her giving her possible options to resolve it. She definitely didn't deserve their kindness because she was hateful to them. They were nothing but wonderful. Everyone from check into prep to surgery and checkout were really nice to me. They calmly and clearly explained everything to me and regularly checked on me to see if I was ok. No one likes having a colonoscopy but they made it as painless as possible. I really appreciated it. When I hear of anyone who needs one, I send them to them. I live in north hills and drove down there because I was told how good they are. I will be back in five years for my next one.

You don't meet with a doctor beforehand because they don't even know who is going to do the procedure up until the last minute. They definitely treat you more like a number than a patient. I have called and requested my records numerous time. I have even had my attorney send her a letter and a signed release and still have no records or return calls. As a physician, she should realize how important medical records are to a patient's care - but apparently, she doesn't care!
