Stories of the West begin here.
Pitmaster RV Park is more than a place to park--it's where your family's next chapter unfolds. Inspired by the spirit of Texas and the belief that food and fellowship bring people together, we've created a space where neighbors gather, campfires glow, and memories are made.
Located near the Frio River in the heart of Hill Country, we offer full-hookup RV sites, unique stays, and community spaces built for connection. Leave the noise. Bring your people. Experience camping the way it was meant to be.
History
Established in 2023.
This adventure began in 2023. The Park was finished in 2025.
The idea for Pitmaster RV Park is based on three desires: 1. Be true to Texas spirit. 2. Food brings all cultures together. 3. Stories of western expansion. This is the framework for all the elements of the park. Of course, the park must have the basic features like bathrooms, showers, and hookups, but the goal was to create a special place where people can have fun.
The park will continue to develop and evolve. As the park owner, my goal is that each year you come back, the park has something new, something better than it had before. Ideally, it would be nice to stop marketing the park and let the product speak for itself. Being in our first year, we have to tell the world…
Meet the Business Owner: Chadwick A.
The passion comes from my college internship working at Disney World. It was a work and educational internship, and aside from cooking food in the kitchens, I studied Theme Park Management at Disney University. I was enamored by the details Disney incorporated to tell a story. If you pay attention you will notice all the senses are accounted for in the smell, the music, the color. Everything is intentionally curated by Imagineers. That was 30 years ago, and much has changed lol. Although Pitmaster RV Park is just at the beginning of its story, rest assured, there is a very long list of things to come and ideas in my head that I have not gotten around to yet. For as long as I am here, the park will always get better. It will never end.
At the end of that summer, I came home, and my father asked me how much money I had saved. I opened my wallet and found nine dollars. Not a single regret. I worked through the school year continuing my education in the hospitality business. Go Cougs!
