Taking Jan's advice, I got one of her lemon cupcakes and also a white chocolate bar too, and I am not overstating it when I say that was the best lemon cupcake I have ever had. It was super delicious, and it had a lemon paste in the middle of the frosting. Super delicious! The white chocolate bar was also very tasty as well, it just melts into your mouth. Service was top-notch. It's a small store, and with a very kind lady like her it works out perfectly. I couldn't decide what I wanted and she was very patient with me, she is really such a sweet lady. It's nice to go here and have a chat and get A-plus cupcakes instead of just going to a grocery store and getting those B-minus cupcakes. Inside was just a tiny corner shop off of the road. Don't be fooled, it's not just the delicious treats in there, there's some of these things that are actually kinda funny. As you enter, you can see these makeup bags or something alike with pictures of dogs or other things. I even got a German Shepherd bag last trip! There's also these notebooks with funny jokes on them. I thought it was pretty nice. I think I don't have to say much, but Cupcakes by Jan is exactly what a cupcake place needs to be. It was so impressive that the whole family ended up going back inside! My husband got a lavender latte (which he loved), and the kids got the monthly special, the Sunset Lemonade.
