I open my food and im delighted to see i have a mix of fresh fries and old recooked fries...yum. I also find that the bread rolls that come with your meal are always hard, especially the multigrain ones. On a positive note, I love the garlic cheese loaf, my all time favorite appetizer. Actually, they do have a lot of great appetizers here. Service is pretty fast but average; and it seems like there are always a lot of servers standing around chatting - do they forecast to be busier than they are? The entire cafe has a cozy diner setup with plenty of seating. We decided to start the day with a simple bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich as well as a hot chocolate. The food was quickly prepared and brought to us. The hot chocolate was rich and warm while the sandwich was light yet filling. The cafe also offers boxed lunch options for the road which is a terrific option for travelers and visitors hitting the trail like us. My only complaint is that they were only open from Thursday to Monday, because I would easily return every morning!
