The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the customer service was top tier. My order came out quickly--under 10 minutes--which was a nice plus. I ordered the Chicken Philly and Italian Sub, along with a bag of chips and two drinks, and everything came out to around $35. Both the Chicken Philly and Italian Sub are two of the most popular items on the menu. If I had to choose between the two, I'd definitely go with the Chicken Philly. It was my favorite! Overall, Pinho's is a great spot to check out if you're in the area and looking for a quick, casual meal with friendly service.

I'm still searching for that PERFECT café con leche that tastes like the one I grew up drinking, but this one came pretty close. The pastelitos were delicious--nice and flaky on the outside and generously stuffed on the inside, just how they should be! Service was great as well, and they have so many amazing-looking things on the menu that I still want to try. I'll definitely be back to explore more of what they have!

We had a talk about Jamaican beef patties, and a coworker recommended Five Star Bakery as having the truest taste of beef patties made in Jamaica! That was all it took to visit the location less than a week later. Five Star Bakery is small in size, but large on taste! It has the best tasting Irish Moss we ever had! Sweet and smooth, not choppy, made by Five Star Bakery. We wanted to try to spicy beef patties, but arrived around lunch time when they were in the process of baking new ones. As previous reviewers stated, patties are made fresh daily. Regarding service, there was only one person on duty. Not only did this beautiful young lady efficiently take everyone's order, she was able to multitask. And she did all of this with an angelic pleasantness that made everyone's brief wait almost seem nonexistent! Good food and great service! They are saving graces! Be sure to stop by Five Star Bakery one day. Your taste buds will thank you.

They used to prepare freshly hot Haitian bread with an irresistible aroma that you could find nowhere else. The patties were delicious and second to none. But since they stopped baking them their signature way, that place has been declining quicker than quick sand, and there's no reason to tolerate the outrageous wait times and their bad attitudes anymore. Also I constantly used to see people fuss because they placed their orders online and only for them to have the customer wait in line while they prepare it. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I strongly suspect that their kitchen equipment does not work and they get the food someplace else then bring it in bulk through the back. I say this because the patties and bread are not hot anymore yet the wait times are still intolerable. DISGRACE. Don't waste your time with these clowns. Go to Family Pompano Bakery instead.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly homemade. The Argentinian empanadas were excellent, the Americano breakfast and omelet were fantastic, and dessert was the perfect finish. More importantly, the service was exceptional. The mother and son made us feel like guests in their home, not just another table. You waited 32 minutes? Good food made from scratch sometimes takes time. I'd rather wait for a fresh meal than get something thrown together in five minutes. As for the "healthy food" comment, that wasn't an excuse it was an explanation. Not everything has to be drowning in butter, salt, or grease to taste good. Maybe the restaurant wasn't the problem. Sometimes when someone goes looking for something to complain about, they'll always find it. Judging by your review, it seems like nothing would have made you happy that day. We'll gladly keep coming back. Great food, great people, and a restaurant that deserves its reputation not one dramatic review trying to convince everyone otherwise.
