I'm 75 and not a mechanic, so when I called Richard in the morning he said he would send his best battery guy (Paul) to my house to make sure that everything was plugged in correctly and get my golf cart running. First of all, who does that?! Paul came out to my house reworked the hookup, replaced wire caps and got a perfect charge for my battery. I was off playing with my golf cart immediately. I took in a Bobcat skidsteer in 2021 to get fixed, pay $5,180 once they claimed it was ready. Didn't even put a single hour on it before I had to go return it to them because it wasn't moving from one side. This isn't even the end of the problems their "professional" mechanics have caused to my machine. Once I go again to pick it up, there is smoke coming out of it like crazy before I can even load it up. They charged me another $5,607 and I take my machine in worse shape than I dropped it off. Absolutely horrible service department. They claim they can fix other brands equipment but then when they mess them up even more tell you to go to the bobcat dealership. They should've just told me at first I would have been better off going to Bobcat then having to spend +$10,000 and getting a broken machine back. Beware of taking your machines there unless you want their unprofessional Mechanics and sales rep to return them in worse shape.

I made a purchase online of "Preloved Pandora Shimmering Open Bangle End Caps" where all the…read moreproduct photos showed four Pandora end caps. I was surprised to be shipped only one item. It was very easy to miss the product description the way the product page is set up on the mobile version of the website: the description is below the buy button and not visible unless you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. The title is "Preloved Pandora Shimmering Open Bangle End Caps," not "Cap," implying the listing is for more than one cap. All of the product photos display 4 caps. You can buy a pair of these caps in new condition for $50 elsewhere, and pre-owned for less than that. Based on the title, photo and price for the listing for this item, I expected to receive the 4 pre-loved Pandora end caps pictured. The listing page for this item does NOT state that this is "estate jewelry" or not returnable. I believe most visitors to this website, like myself, come from a search engine after finding an item they are interested in and would never have a reason to navigate to the pre-loved Pandora page which lists additional terms of sale!! Item-specific terms of sale should be on the product page or easily accessible from the product page. I did read the terms and conditions link from the bottom of the product page, and nowhere on that terms and conditions does it say that Pandora, or for that matter, Estate pieces, are not returnable. On the return policy page, it does say "we do not accept returns on items purchased during promotions or sales," however, I believe an exception should be made in this case because the listing was misleading. The product photo should have ONE end cap and the title should read "Preloved Pandora Shimmering Open Bangle End Cap". I would like to return this product and receive a refund, but have been refused by the shop both times I asked. They said: "It's stated in multiple places on our website that we don't accept returns on any estate pieces, which by definition is any pre-owned jewelry. The return policy states both this and the fact we also don't accept returns or exchanges on pieces that are in a sale or promotion - which Pandora is and is tagged as such." Keep in mind this is for a $38 order. I definitely would not recommend this shop.

The communication and customer service was outstanding! I was contacted immediately and was advised that the item was due to be in stock In June. I was on the wait list at LoLa and was able to get it on Lola and was offered a prompt, full refund. I felt bad that I was walking away from a business that was so customer service oriented but the timing just didn't work. I am writing this review to warn EVERYONE to beware of this jeweler! Avoid walking in front of his…read moredoor, let alone consider entering his "establishment"! On April 4th, I went to Taylor's Jewelry as I had some fairly expensive pieces that I needed appraised, so I could make an educated decision on whether to insure them or sell them. Once I entered, only one man was visible. He said hello, but did not even bother to stand and greet me. I informed him that I required a certified geologist, at which time he called to the back, and a second person appeared. After explaining that I had several pieces, I asked if they needed me to schedule an appointment. He asked to see what I had, and I reached into my computer case a took out a 3 carat man's gold ring. He studied it with his monocle and asked what I intended to do with this piece of jewelery. I replied that I wasn't sure yet, and his attitude immediately became confrontational. We all heard horror stories of smaller jewelers low balling the value of a piece, if they think you are selling it to them! I reiterated that I just needed to know an approximate value of the piece, when he stated, "I can't tell you that until you tell me what you intend to do with it." What difference does it make, as far as what I ultimately decide to do with my belongings. The value of the piece is the value of the piece! After he insisted, for the third time, that I tell him if I was keeping it or selling, I responded, "I'm about to put my things away and leave your store!" He immediately stood up and said, THEN LEAVE! He abruptly walked back toward his office, putting distance between us, turned and said, "You're a asshole, and everyone in this city knows it" I asked him WHAT he just said, as I was shocked by his ignorance! He repeated it and continued by saying, Even your wife thinks you're an asshole. It was all i could do to keep from jumping over the counter and bitch slapping this guy, because my wife and I were as close as two people could be but unfortunately the good Lord took her from me a couple of years ago. I laughed in his face, then allowed my dago to take over. I filled his store with a barage of expletives, and finished by informing him that my wife was DEAD! He insisted that she wasn't, so I gave him the date, and told him to look it up on the internet! He entered his office, did not close the door, and once again let his ignorance show! Now loud enough to be heard, he let's "f*cking dickhead" cross his lips! Well thank God there were no ladies present, as he got a 30 second dissertation as to why his store was completely empty on a busy Saturday morning. I'm 68, and am very well established in my community, and I "think" that I am well liked. I've owned my own companies since I was 23 years old, and I have NEVER treated any of my customers with this kind of disrespect. All I can hope for is that you join with me, to boycot this type of business within the City of Solon. Find it within yourselves to choose another jeweler, as this kind of attitude cannot be tolerated. We can all enter his store when he has his 70% off, going out of business sale. Thanks for taking the time to read and letting me vent!
