I made a purchase online of "Preloved Pandora Shimmering Open Bangle End Caps" where all the product photos showed four Pandora end caps. I was surprised to be shipped only one item. It was very easy to miss the product description the way the product page is set up on the mobile version of the website: the description is below the buy button and not visible unless you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. The title is "Preloved Pandora Shimmering Open Bangle End Caps," not "Cap," implying the listing is for more than one cap. All of the product photos display 4 caps. You can buy a pair of these caps in new condition for $50 elsewhere, and pre-owned for less than that. Based on the title, photo and price for the listing for this item, I expected to receive the 4 pre-loved Pandora end caps pictured. The listing page for this item does NOT state that this is "estate jewelry" or not returnable. I believe most visitors to this website, like myself, come from a search engine after finding an item they are interested in and would never have a reason to navigate to the pre-loved Pandora page which lists additional terms of sale!! Item-specific terms of sale should be on the product page or easily accessible from the product page. I did read the terms and conditions link from the bottom of the product page, and nowhere on that terms and conditions does it say that Pandora, or for that matter, Estate pieces, are not returnable. On the return policy page, it does say "we do not accept returns on items purchased during promotions or sales," however, I believe an exception should be made in this case because the listing was misleading. The product photo should have ONE end cap and the title should read "Preloved Pandora Shimmering Open Bangle End Cap". I would like to return this product and receive a refund, but have been refused by the shop both times I asked. They said: "It's stated in multiple places on our website that we don't accept returns on any estate pieces, which by definition is any pre-owned jewelry. The return policy states both this and the fact we also don't accept returns or exchanges on pieces that are in a sale or promotion - which Pandora is and is tagged as such." Keep in mind this is for a $38 order. I definitely would not recommend this shop. read more

I ordered a Lola necklace from Lola and found out that it was sold out. I found it on this website,ordered it and found out it was also sold out here. The communication and customer service was outstanding! I was contacted immediately and was advised that the item was due to be in stock In June. I had ordered it for Mother's Day and I advised Victoria that I would wait as I had no other alternative. I was on the wait list at LoLa and was able to get it on Lola and was offered a prompt, full refund. I felt bad that I was walking away from a business that was so customer service oriented but the timing just didn't work.
