What we didn't know when we placed the order was that we would actually get possession of the new home just days after the expected delivery. I contacted Liberty & 33rd by phone and spoke to the wonderful staff, explaining that we needed to delay delivery by a few days and have the item delivered to the new address rather than to the old address, where it would soon have to be moved again. Liberty & 33rd got right on it, postponing the delivery and changing the delivery address to our new address. The bookcase was delivered a few days ago to the new address and is every bit as perfect in our new home as we had hoped. We hope we will have an opportunity to do business with this great company again someday.

He has been working above and below to get the right Amish bedroom furniture that matches what we bought back in 2013 from a now closed store. He called one builder to make sure the items were built like we thought we saw on pictures on-line because he wanted to make sure that if we ordered them, that they would be what we expected, that and we'd be happy. He also called another builder to see if that builder could make a top that matched our furniture, and said that if that builder could not, he would build it for us for a very nominal charge. When it's time to buy living room furniture, we will be back for sure. The price for Amish furniture may be a slightly higher than what you get at all big box furniture stores, but it will last forever, and not only can you choose the wood your furniture is made of, but you also pick the stain color or paint color.
