I spent $10 for a 2-pack of funny dishcloths for my mom and $2 for a funny "Ope!" sticker (ifykyk). We weren't hungry at the time of our visit so we didn't buy any of the yummy looking baked goodies, but we plan to on our next visit! The prices are too good to pass up! We recently had one of their representative come out to measure for carpet in four rooms and a staircase. We have already torn out the old carpet and padding and when we were told that there would be a fee for removal, my husband stated that he would not pay for a service that Goshen Floor Mart would not be doing. Goshen Floor Mart is refusing to give us a quote because we were not willing to pay them for removal that has already been done. They have lost a repeat customer and we will be sure to let all of our friends know that Goshen Floor Mart should not be used for any of their remodeling needs. I have never given a review to any business but after spending thousands of dollars with this business to have them treat us this way is unacceptable and I will be sure to spread the word every chance I get. Very unhappy customer!

Fortunately, one of their trucks was in the area and they came out same day for what I felt was a steep price. I have paid less to have my entire house cleaned! One of the spots came back. With the holidays and chaos, the spot was not a priority. I finally called to have them re-clean and was told because I waited a month I would have to wait until a truck was in the area. They couldn't be sure what the spot was from after a month. I was never told there was a time limit if the spot "seeped" back. Of course, since I live in another city there are now no trucks scheduled and they will "call me". I will NEVER use or recommend them again. Not only for the horrible follow up but also for the initial cost!
